I WAS furious! This company has some awesome customer service! Long story short, I dropped some coin a Cloudious9 I thought from Cloudious Inc.but it was actually 420 Science. Can you see that? “420 SCIENCE”! Go see that review. I have emails to back it up. NEVER BUY FROM 420 Science. Anyway, it was a nightmare and I got confused, Cloudious Inc.found me 2 years later through my review. Apologized, sent me a brand new rig straight to my door. I think Marco was his name. I’m not going to guarantee I stand behind all of their products…. BUT THEY DO! As consumers that’s as good as it gets. Good on you Marco and Cloudious Inc. Thank you!

I bought the cloudious 9 and it broke 4 times they repaired it each time till the warranty ran out. I also bought the tekton9 grinder that broke after a year. They have great ideas but sub par build quality. I decided to stick with storz and bickell and davinci the product quality is much better.

I use cannabis to treat successfully treat anxiety and occasional mild depression, but I wanted to be kinder to my lungs, so I got the Hydrology9 NX Ultra bundle.

Super impressed with the NX vaporizer. Functionality is great for both flower and concentrates. Pretty sure the bad reviewers didn't read the instructions, because I've had zero issues. Just blowing clouds over here.

My lungs have showed immediate improvement since switching solely to using the Hydrology9 NX and the Atomic9. No more hacking first thing in the morning, or chronic coughing throughout the day.

Side story: I accidentally dropped the Hydrology9 on the first day I had it onto my hardwood floors. Thank goddess it didn't break! Whew! So yeah, the product is sturdy. ;-)

Fraud of a company. I placed an order for one product from this company. After about a month of not receiving the item I ordered, I track it. Tracking says label has been created but order has not been received to the shipping company yet. I email cloudious9 inquiring about my order and they tell my sorry the post office lost my package. Tell me they will send another on Monday. Cool thank you. Weeks go by & still I don’t receive my order. Send cloudious another email asking about my order. They tell me it happened twice & that they will refund my order but that they are still going to send me the product that I ordered. I thought cool awesome thing to do. Weeks go by again & I receive no product. Fraud of a company.

These are high quality products. I e searched for a water cooling dry vaporizer (water bong for vapor).
Cloudious9's hydrology 9 is as advertised and works wonderfully.
The customer service (as I'm sure you have already read about) at cloudious9 is responsive, helpful & as accommodating as everyone else has stated in the reviews here. It's true. My only regret is not opting to get the NX model. If your on the fence about which model. Go with the NX it adds the dabs and flower into the cool water friendly none harsh hitting zone as well.

Not happy at all. The only thing that actually works and does anything is the grinder. The vaporizer makes pretty colors and bubbles when you pull on it but don't expect anything out of it. The small hand held doesn't work at all. Charged fully and it turns on but nothing pulls from it.

Sorry but I will be sending the products back and asking for a refund. Save your money and time!

The NX is the best product on the market for dry and concentrate consumption. Customer Service by Cloudious9 should also get a separate 5 star review. They are helpful and responsive. The NX does take some getting used to, but if you keep it clean and charged it's by far the most convenient way to consume on your own time and in the most efficient way possible. Great for people who enjoy tasting full profiles and can also go through water.

Its great im going to get a nx soon this lil thing will ge in my saddle bag on the bike this summer

Cloudious9 is an excellent company. Customer service is very quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful and supportive, resolving any problem quickly and courteously. Regarding their products, they have great built quality and are easy to maintain. The Hidrology9 NX is so fun to use. Keep it up, Cloudious9!

The first unit was working, I only used it 4x which took a few months. It just stopped, however the company stood by their product and replaced it even though I could not find the receipt. The replacement works fine and has lasted 6 months without any problems. Convenient and not bulky, worth it!
