I empathize with @Miriam Perez and @Smokemeimdope 13. I had similar experiences. Very disappointed in the way they conduct business. Especially during these times when the majority of the ppl are struggling—not just them.

My account has been on a freeze due to the pandemic, the freeze was actually up in December, I tried calling and getting in contact with someone at the studio and nothing. Well all of the sudden in March someone by the name of Ely sends me a text from the studio asking me if I was ready to join, I said I wasn’t until April after my two doses of the vaccine. Well March 2nd they charged my credit card without my authorization and without even giving me the courtesy to know this charge was going to be processed. I gave them until March 10 to resolve this and they didn’t. Owner has never called me, studio person Ely keeps calling me regarding fees. But yet she refused to email me a cancellation form, or give me an appointment to come and sign my cancellation form.

I already texted them to cancel my account. I don’t know what else to do for this business to cancel my account. I am going through so much distress due to their harassment!

Please stay away from this business, the owner is a shady person. I was so patient and really stayed for the love of Pilates but the owner has so many people come and go, instructors would show up late, cancel on her and leave us customer waiting. When closures started happening I paid for a full month and she got closed 2 weeks after because she had kept her place open and not following city protocols. I didn’t request a refund then because I was understandanding. Now I am going through all this distress and headache to get my account cancelled!

All they do is steal your money. Cancel classes but won’t stop monthly payments. They run this place like a scheme to just get money from people who trusts them to do right by their costumers. 2/26/20 (do not delete)

Great Place! I was looking for some kind of workout place, and it was been a great experience. Natalie has been very helpful through the entire process.

Really disappointed in this place. They're still taking my money but now you have to exercise outside. If the owner had any common sense they'd just shut down until the inside is able to be used again. Does anybody really want to be outside in the back behind a building, in the heat where it's stinky and homeless people sleep? I mean come on, I can do that for free. I'll be cancelling my membership, I really liked this place before I had to sit outside.

The staff is friendly and helpful.the small classes feel like I have a personal trainer.thank you club pilates for helping me work towards a better me.

I love Club Pilates Monrovia! Everyone is so nice and the teachers are great. Very patient and helpful. The studio is always super clean and not at all cramped. Very spacious so you can workout and not worry about touching anyone.
