Club Tan, Napa CA

In september of 2022 i was in an accident and I broke my fib and Tib compound fracture. I went back to work in May of this year I had heard about the red light therapy through a friend. The red light therapy helps so much that I got a membership now I do it to three times a week for my ankle and recently started using the arx machine but I swear by the red light therapy and tell all my friends about it as well actually grateful for club tan, and what they have to offer. Len and Rhonda a great friendly people And Len is a great arx coach i walk out of my 10-15 min workout feeling like Gumby

I am so excited with my discovery of Club Tan! Initially drawn in for a spray tan, Rhonda provided me with best spray tan I've ever had. While leaving, I noticed their array of wellness and biohacking machines. I came back the next week to meet Len – a knowledgeable and friendly presence who took the time to explain their offerings thoroughly. Already, their ARX machine has revolutionized my workouts (just google ARX fitness, it’s the most efficient strength training workout you can possibly do). I have goals of body recomposition, but between juggling work and a toddler, I do not have a lot of time. This efficient 10-15 minute workout is a game-changer. I can drop my daughter off at her 45-minute dance class, head over to Club Tan for a killer workout and be on my way to pick her up. The array of offerings, including the infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and other biohacking tools, further solidify Club Tan as my ultimate wellness hub, right in Napa! Grateful to have found this gem and to have crossed paths with Len and Rhonda, whose warmth and friendliness truly enhance the entire experience.

I started using Club Tan ARX exercise machine and some of the other machines at Club Tan. I was not in great shape. In the short time I have been there my blood pressure has been great and I have much more energy. I am hopeful that I will continue to heal my body. I am so thankful for Len and Rhonda! The are very committed to helping me succeed.

Club Tan is so cool! You can tan and workout! The ARX machines are incredible to workout on. Their tanning beds are great too! Not to mention how helpful and nice the owners are.

I feel amazing! 6 weeks ago I started ARX, red light therapy, electromagnetic sculpt and I included the infrared sauna my last 2 visits and I leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for my week. I'm already anticipating my next session.
