Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort reviews
17This is a time share it's vary nice we just keep comeing back we like it so much.there good about sending us out to good places to eat or have a good time its awesome place to stay.between LA an San Diego
I visit at least once a year. Perfect location and walking distance to restaurants, coffe shops, the movie theater and most importantly the beach. Staff is friendly and the hotel is very well kept. This hotel is perfect for families.
It's always great to stay there we always enjoy ourselves the only thing I get tired of is when we tell the people we don't want to do a review of our points or the system they keep on bugging you and I'm getting tired of it when I say no I mean no but I love the resort
Ate at a nearby restaurant. 300 people, kitchen was in the weeds, so we closed check and bounced. The food we did try was tasty though

Great property but I won't be going back. Giving a bad rating because I was scammed into a presentation which is a new version of timeshare sales, which they call "Vacation Ownership" but really is just a subscription-based model for hotels using points. In any event, I did agree to go, but the offer of the incentive in exchange for attending the presentation was very misleading to the point of being a scam in my opinion. It was supposed to be a 3-5 day "go anywhere" stay but in fact it is so restricted and the website is so bad that it's totally unusable. You pick a city from a relatively short list and a date and then you have to trust these people to book you a hotel, which is mostly going to be a Travelodge or a Days Inn. The whole thing is managed through a site without secure email or proper security, which I assume is intentional as it makes it so annoying that it vastly reduces the likelihood they have to actually pay out. I just bought a balcony suite on the oceanfront - what are the odds I want to stay in a randomly selected one-star hotel in a large city in a location of their choosing (i.e. The cheapest one) ? Basically I got scammed. And I came across so many people throughout the process that they are obviously coached to not provide any of these details. Essentially they treat you nicely while being very careful to NOT tell you the whole truth about what you are receiving, which in my opinion reflects poorly on the entire property and company.
Beautiful resort inside and out. Love how close it is to the beach and shopping. The two bedroom condo was spacious and newer.
We had a 3 days stay very enjoyable. One night we were walking through the hotel and we found Maria B. The activities person, she invite us to join the bingo game, really we are not Bingo people, but we had a very fun time, Maria was great and we will come back just to see her. She is very uplifting and she made sure everybody had a good time.
Beautiful place to enjoy a few days to relax. So many restaurants near by & in walking distance. Beach is nice to hang out, walk or just watch the surfers.
I haven’t stayed there, as mine is coming up soon, but I have one complaint: Whenever anyone writes a good review and then go’s on to say “except when we asked for extra towels and they never arrived; getting the bottle of wine we were promised and never got; when the teenagers at the pool used loud profanity, etc, etc. ” Your nice responses all sound the same but then you say nothing about the negative comments so it appears that a robot is doing all the answering?
O work in this building and I can attest to that of which we all provide friendly and professional services to all those around
This place is well-kept stayed for 5 days awesome ride on the pier awesome little restaurant at the bottom the town is great Thursday night to have festivals and it is good stuff merchandise food good people but this timeshare is incredibly Immaculate and very very elegant love MassBay and I will be back
Stayed in a 2br deluxe, there is a beautiful pool and sauna, great gym, activities, and on site restaurant. Parking on site is free, with reserved parking for the restaurant.
Be aware, Ocean view does not always mean beach front. As long as you can sea the ocean, even from the side. You enjoy the railway and Street noise. You could do better on a tent on the beach.
Always a pleasure to visit! Fun Autun decor in the lobby. Warm reception and maintained facilities. Daily activities. Booking is limited.
I love cw oceanside pierresort. You literally cross the street and are at the pier down the stairs and you are at the beach.
Had a great bday weekend staycation for my BF.
View was amazing and the suite was perfect.
Loved that the pool/hot tub stays open til late and the amenities are awesome. Loved the sauna.
Huge fan of whirlpool tubs in the room and we made the most of it.
Restaurants: Pizza place downstairs was awesome with an impressive craft beer selection, and 333 pacific has a great happy hour.
Staff were great. We don’t have a timeshare and felt no pressure to attend the meeting:)
We didn’t hear the train on the west side.
Parking was easy and check in was too.
Definitely will be back.
Room service was poor. Towels were like sandpaper. Tub was painted and slippery when you showered. I won't stay there again.
