I regret booking this company. I was told my move would be only 199 plus 5% off and now they have charged me over $300 for this move which I am trying to dispute. My move was a quick 30 minutes. Leslie Anne Paguyo who is the consultant repeatedly told me she will get this fixed and taken care of all to have to now dispute this with my bank. She misinformed me and made it seem like they would take care of quickly. They believe that I should be charged this amount of over $300 when in fact I have invoices showing that I should only be charged $199. I will NEVER recommend this company. Good luck if you do book. I have been dealing with this for over 2 months already.

Run away as far and as fast as you can from this company! Everything started out great and one of their reps helped move our furniture into our garage so our home could be staged for sale. It finally sold and on moving day, things went well again. The contents of our 2400 sq ft home furniture filled up two trucks. The trucks were large but not massive like you see with some of the big name companies. I was informed the next day we were overweight and would need a third truck which was an additional cost. I was not given the time to come and see what could be moved out of one of the trucks to make weight. From then on everything was rush rush rush and I even had to get on a plane to meet the movers at our new home in Arizona a day earlier than expected. Once they arrived I was supposed to be given "white glove" service. HA HA HA! These guys wanted to dump my stuff as quickly as possible and refused to move the furniture located in my garage in California into their respective rooms. They stated they couldn't because the furniture was loaded from the garage in the California home. I tried to explain that the furniture was in the garage because of staging. They still refused. One of the movers made a hole in the wall with a bookcase and then I saw him move that piece over the hole to cover it. The next day, I discovered duct tape holding my desk together, and then my desk fell apart when the tape was pulled off, which destroyed the finish. The icing on the cake was when the bed fell on the floor in the middle of the night when my husband and I were sleeping in it. We were lucky not to be injured. The movers never put the bed together correctly. The company wanted to reimburse me just $180 because of "ALL" the discounts I was given. A discount is only a discount if you are given the level of service that is advertised. I would have been better off selling all my belongings before we moved, adding that to the $18K it cost to move (that's after all my "discounts") and buying everything in AZ I needed once I got here. We made the mistake of not getting another estimate because this company was highly recommended. The reviews were good, and for a local move they are probably ok. Do not hire for an out of state move!

I had a good experience working with Clutch Moving company for my move. They were very responsive during quote/estimate, and answered all my questions. Prior to the move day, I received a call to confirm the details which was helpful. On the day of my move, I received a call from the crew to let me know their arrival time and they showed up exactly as planned. Kevin, Angel and Javier were professional and efficient. They made the move so smooth and much easier than what I have anticipated. Highly recommended!

Kevin, Brian and Javier from Clutch Moving Company helped us pack and move a lot of things and did a great job. They were efficient, organized and helpful in both loading things and unloading them and putting everything back in place. It went much faster than I expected and virtually zero disruptions (missing items, breakage etc). A thorough professional job. I would recommend them again.

This is our second time using Clutch. Kevin, Jose, and Hugo came in and packed up our whole three bedroom house, and they were fast and efficient! Fully recommend!

Kevin, Alex, Jose, and Jefferson did a fantastic job on a very challenging move (lots of stairs at my new home). Scheduling with Marianne was easy and pleasant.

WARNING! Movers knew 2 trucks were needed but tried to fit everything into 1; when forced at weigh station to remove overloaded items into 2nd truck, reload was sloppy and cargo unsecured. NEARLY ALL FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED, SOME DESTROYED! One antique item mysteriously disappeared. Hardwood floor suffered major scratch moving out. 1 star only for good customer service and cheap prices, the rest was painful. The pictures tell their own story.

I’ll divide the review into 3 sections:
Before move: prompt communication, clarity on all my questions!

During move: kevin, walter, jose did an excellent job of helping with our move. We have a townhome and the stairs were difficult to maneuver but they made sure to not get any scratches! They came on time, completed the move in 5 hours, and took very quick breaks! The packing for large furniture items was done well as well.

After move: the payment process was smooth, I got a discount from the team, and they made sure to verify the hours with their management team.

Definitely will be using them again if we have to move!

Oh man, I cannot give enough praise to this company. Jesus and Alejandro we’re meeting amazing and such kind people. They were patient when we were still sorting through the boxes, got the job done really fast, and were super careful with all of our furniture.

I don’t often right reviews but Clutch Moving Co deserves a giant shout out.
I was given an itemized quote that was clearly an indicator they knew how to manage and provide a professional move. My needs were a little complicated as less furniture needed moving and more boxes of all sizes and weights (professional artwork) plus 4 large delicate (1 was rare) container plants. To top it off the outgoing had a split set of stairs and the ingoing home had 3 fiercely steep
Staircases.
I requested 3 Movers and the team Esteban and Paulo led by Jesus arrived early and surveyed the amount of work and got right to it. They were swift, diligent & professional at every level. Asked appropriate questions about our needs and handled the behemoth mounds of boxes and belongings without complaint and ease.
My partner and I were pleased and relaxed though-out the whole move. It was a long day but they delivered everything unbroken, orderly and even cleaned up as needed. Did I mention the 3 flights of stairs?
Clutch was referred to me by a discerning friend and I am so glad I took their advice. If you take this review to heart, you will likely be as highly satisfied as I am.

I work for an Exterior Design firm that offers high end, white glove services for delivery to our clients around the bay area and Clutch Moving has been FANTASTIC to work with. They are responsive, well organized, and have a great system for tracking, receiving, and inspecting items and give notifications promptly if anything is out of the ordinary or does not pass inspection. Their inspections so far have also been of a very high quality control which for our clientele, is incredibly important. They are also very fair with their pricing and make it easy to schedule deliveries with clients. Every site visit, they have been respectful of the homes we work at which is also incredibly important in our Industry. Successful move! Victor and Jesus called before they arrived and were on time (8: 28am arrival for 8: 30 start!) I was able to book the move with only a week's worth of notice and they had open availibility for my preferred day and time! I did a local move across the peninsula with flights of stairs at both addresses. They were efficient and provided a great service - I guess you can say they came in clutch haha! Will definitely recommend/book again!

Overall a good experience, and the crew worked very hard and wrapped all of our furniture well. There was some minor damage to a few pieces, so will update review when the claims process is complete.

We had a great experience with Clutch Moving! Erika, in the office, made the coordination smooth and simple. The movers, Javier, Ebaristo, and Bobby, diligently executed our move in the rain, thoughtfully covering our belongings. We were moving into storage and they efficiently packed our items into the unit. It was quick and without any issues - thanks again!
