COACH Outlet reviews
9Worst coach outlet store, every single worker is rude and snotty. Always staring at people in disgust. Smh. You workers need to be humbled. Do better at your job. You work there for a reason.
The vibe was definitely off with the workers. You can feel the tension. I came in for a gift and asked for a purse in a box instead of the display. The lady came asked “what” I showed her the purse. She went to the back came out less than 5 seconds later and said no. When I checked out I asked if they had a box or gift wrapping. I paid extra just for a box. There just wasn’t any effort from the employees to help make my experience good as well as making the gift look nice. Kate spade has better customer service and they go above and beyond that is reasonable.
I called and was put on hold for 30 mins just to be hung up on. Best if you just drive out there for help since they’ll follow you around the store.
Horrible experience! Walked in and the front door associates just looked at me from head to toe im guessing to see if I looked like if I had money to shop there. Went to the mens section and there was another associtaes just looking at me like if I was going to steal something (im brown skin). Associates just go up to you and bug you if they see you well dressed or think you can afford to buy from there and if not they just ignore you and dont even greet you or help you and just stare at you like if your going to steal. Corporate or the owner of coach should have some sort of class/classes that teach how to greet and treat customers and not judge or assume things because of what kind of clothes people wear when they go shop there or the COLOR of the skin im “brown”
I come in a few times a month. The staff here is amazing. I have come in often with online returns and they are always very good about it.the store is always clean and again the staff is amazing
Great customer service by Jen. The store is located in the heart of the factory outlet. There are plenty of parking spaces available.
Great discount plus 20% extra was exciting. We bought a few lol.
Don’t expect a greeting as you walk in, because you’ll get death stares. I’m not from the area and had driven 3 hours to get here so I walked in, got my purse and walked out. The cashier (Stephanie) lady ripped off the tag and threw it in my purse? Not sure what the purpose of that was, because I had no intention of returning it? Anyways the one star is for having my purse in stock.
What a joke the staff is they act as if they work at Bloomingdale’s or Valentino. Those handbags are all the least expensive designer bags you can get. It’s really pathetic, most of the merchandise looks like something my grandmother would pick out.
I went in and asked if there were any deals and the older lady who worked there told me to look at the signs and walked away! She was beyond rude and I couldn’t believe she did that. Anyways I took my business to Michael Kors after that.
