Coachella Valley Taxi, Palm Springs CA

Julio took great care of us, he gave us his card which we used right away. Had a early flight, he came and picked us after I messaged him the night before. The car was clean and had lots of amenities.

Great service when they are available which isn't very often it seems like on the Eastern side of the valley.

5: 00am our other company pre-scheduled car service cancelled 30 mins before ride from Palm Springs to LAX! No uber would pick up. We called Coachella Valley Taxi. They called a driver out of bed to come get us immediately. The driver immediately called and texted he was close. Very nice to deal with. They saved the day.

Worst driver unit#434. Almost hit me twice when he was making a turn on Gene auntry and ramon. He came in to my lane while making a turn to 111 hwy.

I would also give this taxi service minus stars if I could. My husband and I reserved a car for an early morning flight today and were left high and dry. We tried desperately to reach anyone to find out what was going on. No one answered the phone. Their negligence cost us over $800.00 to rebook our flight. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sorry excuse of a taxi company.
Postscript. I called today to speak to the owner/manager and unsurprisingly, they failed to call me back. Gutless is as gutless does.

Excellent place to enjoy the sport of football, soccer, baseball, volleyball, boxing and if you like to run or walk there are excellent trails to do so and a good dip in the pool and also a carnita hoe

We spent a weekend with friends in Joshua Tree, and this was the only taxi service that could pick us up from our AirBnB and take us to the PSP airport.

Quick and easy call to arrange the ride. Driver was excellent. Will be using again if in J Tree!

No show for an pre-ordered ride to the airport at 445am. Had to scramble to get an Uber. Pachela taxi never again.

They failed to pick us up after ordering a pick up a day in advance. I called when the driver was late and was told by the dispatcher he "didn't see anything" like it was never scheduled. I would give minus stars if I could.
