While staying at Coachland, we had the luck of getting in a site next to our hosts. Jack was extremely knowlwedgeable about RVs and in particular with an assist in trouble shooting help for a TV cable problem. Jack was able to fix it with the right tool, and advised on where to obtain replacements nearby. When he was done for the day, both he and his wife were so friendly, and we had nice chats at the picnic tables each day.
We would definitely stop by again and encourage others to do so if passing nearby. TY for a very well kept and pleasant camping experience! -Bill
Very upscale park, well kept and managed. Friendly people, quiet environment. They do special events like breakfasts on Saturday. For the 4th of July, they had live music and free burgers, hot dogs, and tacos, plus potato salad and chips that were delicious. Park models are brand new, and there are lots of RV spaces. Dog park, playground, bike paths & lots to do in the area. Free shuttles to town. Close to Lake Tahoe.
Coachland is a very nice park with tall beautiful trees and plenty of pull thru's for Motorcoaches. The park is clean and spacious. The showers were one of the best we've encountered with plenty of hot water and a large shower area. I was going to arrive late, and the camphost Tina contacted me to let me know any details I needed. Communication with Tina was excellent throughout our stay. The wifi did not have sufficient speed for me to do anything on my computer, but my hotspot worked. Would definately stay here again! -Jeanne
This is really a nice place to stay centrally located to the sites around. YES the sites are incredibly wayyyy to close together but an end site should be your choice. We were camped near a sweet couple that stay there seasonally and they manicure their site beautifully, it was really nice! Laundry facilities are very nice and operate by credit card. Found the biggest pine cones I've ever seen!
We have enjoyed this RV Park. It's spacious and has been one of the quietest places we have stayed.
We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday. There was a very nice picnic and live band. The dog park is very nice. Quiet RV park, even with the holiday! Conveniently located not far from historic downtown Truckee, restaurants, ice cream/food truck and grocery stores. Overall a great experience!
Probably a nice place to camp when there is not the loud noise of heavy equipment operating all day, beginning at 7: 30am.
I am parked in the back where the construction is kicking up the dirt; everything is covered in dust.
Park is nice, don't know who designed the "cabin" but think they were from LA.
Austin is such a gift to Coachland. We have been residents for 1.5 years now and having Austin check in on us and make sure we have what we meed has been amazing!
I enjoy living here. The property is well-maintained, in a great location, and beautiful setting. The property managers, Alex and Gia, are down to earth and friendly, and the community is very family-friendly with lots of amenities.
A planned one month stay turned into nearly three months during Truckee’s epic 2023 winter. Hats off to the maintenance crew for keeping the roads clear. It was no easy task. The office staff is welcoming and extremely efficient. Saturday morning buffet breakfast for guests an unexpected treat. Excellent location with easy access to I-80, downtown Truckee, and all north shore ski resorts. Looking forward to visiting again. My only regret was departing when the snow finally started to melt and everything turn green!
Loved coachland - we rented an RV spot for the winter and everything was perfect - Saturday breakfast with the community, Jack (maybe property manager?) Helped with everything we needed - we will stay again for sure!
I really enjoyed my recent stay. Many improvements in the last couple of years. Much cleaner, and the staff seems to really care. The Saturday community breakfast was amazing. Jack really knows how to make flapjacks! Met so many nice folks. Thank you.
Great location in the pine trees just outside of Truckee, CA. Walking distance to downtown. Outstanding service and staff!
