Great service and availability! I needed a part and they had it. I would definitely recommend coming here first before going anywhere else. Time is money!

It has most of the items for fridge and other household parts but they rely on the computer too much to get their parts. Old parts are not well known by one of the 'ustomer service person but the most disapointing about ordering parts thru them is that once you order a part and its the wrong part there is no reinburstment exchange nor returns. Allthou this is the first time i deal with thos company. Also their sign is too small for people to find because you it is sorounded by lots of warehouse.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get the parts I needed and at very reasonable prices.

I been a long time many years doing business with Coast appliance parts company for years they always take care me our HpRefrig Co.

Had to call three times. The first two times a lady put me on hold for almost five minutes then Someone picked up and I was hung up on. Third time I was on hold with the recording almost 7 minutes. Finally spoke with someone and got the price for the part I needed. They want we $107. I called another local place and was able to get the part for $36.

Clean place. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Good customer service. Glad it's open half day on Saturdays. Always good to call ahead and have part number on hand. Nice selection on tools.
