We reached out to coast for a replacement spo2 pcb for an old Zoll e series we use for street medicine. They informed us they had the part (difficult to find) and charged us over 200 for it +s/h. They seemed knowledgeable and we even provided detailed description of what we needed. Part received while on a trip out of country taking rn students for their clinical, so obviously couldn't verify part or get it installed. Well upon return, opened part and it was incorrect part. An of course past "10 day received warranty" so a free street medicine team is out the money and still has a monitor that wont work: (
