I bought an adapter from them and when it didn't work the store accociate helped me troubleshoot step by step to make sure I could walk away with things working properly. Totally went above and beyond what they needed to do, and the knowledge and care they have really shows.

I have a 20 year old radio frequency tracker to monitor my cats on my 3 acre fenced property. And it STOPPED WORKING. In a panic, I searched for repair shops bc the manufacturer went out of business. Eric responded immediately to my msg and was able to fix it within hours! He even warmed my heart with other lost pet stories and made my entire experience enjoyable. Very few places on SLO to have a watch battery replaced. Coast Electronics not only carries watch batteries but offered to install as well. Excellent customer service and friendly too.

Stopped in with my laptop on a Saturday afternoon & Kevin provided excellent service. He persevered in between customers to diagnosis & fix my problem. Even though I have a contract with Geek Squad, I went to Coast where I got same-day service. Now same-day service is improbable at Best Buy Geek Squad and not always doable at Coast, but in this case it happened and I’m grateful!
