Great place to do your Landry, big lot of machines, very neat, clean and great customer service

Horrible customer service. The one Spanish lady at the front would not talk to me or assist me to give me bathroom code. There was no 1 other employee in sight. I do my laundry here every two days and that miserable employee couldn’t for a second look at me to tell me bathroom code. Lost my business

Clean, fast, roomy, wifi, charging stations, folding and sitting tables, chairs, bathrooms, vending machines. Great place to do your laundry. Priced reasonably for what you get.

The place is getting a little run down. The rates are going up every time we visit, the credit card works sporadically and worse of all is the extremely loud and explicit music that plays all day long.
Is this a family friendly place it uses to be?
I don’t think so any more. Will find other places to do my laundry.

Such a horrible experience! I added $20 to a new card. When I tried to wash, the balance was $0. I asked for assistance in resolving the matter and I was treated as if I was lying by the staff. The one staff in particular spoke to another staff in Spanish accusing me of lying! I told her I didn’t have to lie and requested she playback the camera to see me adding cash. I told her the amount displayed on the screen and she continued to accuse me of lying. Another worker stepped in to assist with resolving the issue and directed her to start the wash. Once the lady went back she took a photo of the wash balance. I had more clothes to wash but I didn’t want to even bother as I wanted to just finish and leave (my other loads were already in the washer) I have never experienced or been treated this way ever! So unprofessional & rude. I definitely know the undertone of this experience! I will never return! Such a horrible and emotional start to my day! Staff should be ashamed! I just have listened to the other reviews!

Beware! If you are using hot water or warm for certain clothes type, apparently you can select those cycles but the water is always cold! They charge you extra for using it but they never have it actually! I tested 3 times with different washers (total of 6) in different areas of the laundry and have it confirmed. The way they try to solve it is to give you free dryers but for the extra charge for "hot" water even on a smallest washer that's not enough! I think this should be reported since you don't get what you pay for.

Well, I have already had washing machines with a very unpleasant smell and I have to wash the clothes again.
Washing machines and drying are becoming more and more expensive and several dryers do not work.
This place is going down in quality.

First time using a laundry place, and honestly it’s too expensive. For the price they are charging, they should at least include the detergents for free. At least that way, it would be somewhat worthy. Also, the dryers take forever to dry and end up being too expensive. I’m dissatisfied with the business model.

Couldn't find a worker to help who spoke english. The machines take a deposit out of your card and then returns the rest later. To strange of a place.

My second time coming to this Laundry, the prices were very high on both the machines and the products, some washing machines had a bad smell and the washing machine compartments were very dirty.

Im sorry but im being 100% honest when i say worst laundrymat in town.
For starter's the cleanliness is obviously an issue and i dont undetstand why when you have an employee there, i dont know maybe if he cleaned instead of wasting his work hours on channel surfing and listening to music on radio. The washers have gone down big time within the last few months not sure whats up but everything is dirty overall. This spot use to be perfect. It was my go-to but the whole place has def. Lost its 5star rating.
Then theres the price issue. For that price and yourachines atent even clean. Nope.

Just started going here about 3 weeks ago. Tried giving them a chance. The positive: lots of washers and it's pretty spacious. They also have vending machines and massage chairs. The negative and the reason I will not be going back: The washers and dryers are pretty expensive and the dryers DONT DRY all the way. It took me 3 drys each to dry mine, my daughter's and my husband's jeans, all my towels, sweatshirts and hoodies, and my blankets. I spent about $80 and most was just trying to get stuff dry. At 1.59 for 10 minutes, it added up having to keep drying my stuff just to finally get tired and when I got home, the stuff that still felt a little damp, I put to hang dry. On the hunt now for a new laundromat.

I will be back. Open 24 hours 7 days a week, clean, on-site staff 24 hours a day. They use a card you can buy for a dollar. They have from 20lb washers to 120lb washers. It may be more than 120, but I'm not sure. There are plenty of dryers, and you can do the laundry drop off and pick up. There is the gym owned by the same company in the same parking lot.

This place is nice and clean and all but the price really ruined it for me. I used two dryer machines, and it said. 99 cents each, after I was all done I looked at my card and I was charged $15! I should've been charged $2 not $15. It's ridiculous and i'm never coming back here again.
