My aunt lived there for 15 years, and it was so bad she had to move the manager Cheryl is a nightmare before Cheryl, Kathleen was the manager she was an excellent manager until she passed the place went Downhill since Cheryl has been the manager she sells people's homes when they pass without their family knowing I know of at least two families that she sold their home and I think it was without the government knowing.or paying taxes If I could give a half-a Star I would. When my came to visit me she was gone for a week and they towed her car out of her driveway she she had to pay to get it back.

Too close to neighbors, looks ran down, sorry but it could use a facial

I regret I ever got involved with this place. It was brought to my attention that the manager takes secret photos and videos on people on this property and shares them with neighbors. My friend showed me many photos. I will investigate the legality of this matter, Not happy with this.

My mom lives here. It's clean, the people are nice, but the manager is a very unpleasant lady. Im not sure how she stays on without being let go.

The manager is a very nice lady and she is on top of her job she takes good care of the park and is very professional

I certainly agree with the 3.9 rating. I've been living here almost 19 years and I have seen deteriation of the park. There is apparent drug trafficking in a section, frequent plumbing, water, and electrical problems, and not the best rapport with management. Also, it doesn't seem to be so Senior anymore. There is a plethora of persons being inconsiderate of trash disposal. I think an association is needed.

Worst place to live. Manager is rude and runs the place like a concentration camp. Treats the elderly bad especially if you are a woman. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
