Do not let them get your phone number they will call text and harass you. I called to ask one question they stole my number of of caller Id and kept harassing me from different numbers. I had to let them know that if I had interest in buying from them absolute will never ever do business with them.

Purchased a new key fob for a Nissan Leaf that I bought used from this dealer and it came with only one fob. The total price for fob and programming was $407. This seems to be excessive for such a simple thing.

Greg was awesome given a difficult service situation and service manager was able to come down on the price of the fix. I'm more upset about the warranty not covering the problem with the vehicle as an "external cause", um.charging your car is an external action, but should still be covered.

The dealership itself did great, its unfortunate that they dont seem to have support from Nissan Corp or their warranty company. Greg again did an amazing job communicating effectively and timely. A manager was supposed to call me to discuss possibly buying my vehicle, I never received a call even to say they weren't interested.

I'm amending the stars to 4/5 because I realize the dealership is supposed to be independent, it's a shame that nissan Corp doesn't stand behind dealerships. Knocked on star off because of no one calling regarding buying the vehicle from me (even if it was a no thank you.)

Service was terrible, I just went to check if there was any recall on the CVT on my car. They told me my car would be covered under warranty and CVT would need replacement. I told the Service guy my car was salvage and he said it didn't matter. He gave me a rental and told me my car would be ready next day at no cost. He calls me next day telling me that it was not covered because it was salvage and I'll have to pay 200 for diagnosis plus pay for the rental he gave me.
Very disappointed with these people.

Five or more family are in Coast vehicles. Ask for BUSTER.

Buster Gibson is amazing. ONLY ASK FOR HIM. He goes the extra mile to make sure you leave here with the car you want and a huge smile on your face. He was able to tailor fit everything for you. Work with him, and everything will be great!

Coast Nissan will work with their customers in a great way, and on Thursday they put out a barbecue free of charge to anyone who would like to attend free of charge at 5 p.m.

Everyone there was very nice except for an older Caucasian man. Buster and Shaela were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them just, stay away from the older not so nice man!

I purchased a Nissa Rogue here. Quite easy working with the sales professionals.
I also encouraged my daughter to puchapur her new Sentra here as well.
I have our Rogue serviced here. The waiting area is very comfortable, free beverages and snacks is a nice touch. Every time I've come in to have service done, the price was always at or below the estimate. I recommend them for sales and service

Floor Manager Juan is great. He greeted us with a great smile and warm welcome and got us out of there with our brand new Pathfinder in no time! Definitely recommend AAA+

Unbelievable! Towed my car all the way from atascadero to coast Nissan to have them program a key for me. 120 wasted because the key didn't work and they refuse to rectify their mistakes. Single mom of two and no sympathy from them at all.

Be careful of there bait and switch tactics. If you go to test drive a certain vehicle and they tell you it was sold by someone at BMW walk away it's a bait and switch.

Horrible been waiting for almost 2hrs for a basic oil change never waited so long in my life, I don't get it ridiculous time management never will I come back to Nissan Service Department in San luis obispo

Understaffed with customer service and overstaffed with lots of office personnel walking around doing little to nothing. I do not recommend.

Great place to buy a car. They worked on great deal when I bought a Nissan rogue. Sometimes their inventory is a little low but they will get you the car you fast.

Has a great community outreach program and provides free BBQ dinner one night a week where they have donated items such as clothes for those in need.

I was at this dealership on Tuesday, I was there wandering the lot for 15 minutes or so, Never did anyone come out to greet me. I went into the office, a gal looked at me after 10 minutes, immediately put her head down with out so much of any acknowledgement. I walked out. Guess you don't need to sell any cars.
