I had a good experience with this company! My order and delivery/installation all were professionally done, and they fixed all my issues quickly. They even came out on a Saturday.

Great Customer Service. We purchased a spa from Coastal Softub. Alyer the manager manager was super helpful and accommodating when we came in to look at all the different spa choices. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. With her help, we picked the perfect spa for our property. The spa was delivered on time and very professionally by Freddie. The only problem was the fact that the spa that was delivered had a bent frame. This is where Kamal came to the rescue. He came out to our house and inspected the spa and confirmed that the frame was bent. He told me right away that he would make sure that the manufacturer would replace the spa for as. After a couple weeks of communicating back and forth, Kamal called me to tell me that the spa would be replaced at no charge to us. A few weeks later, Freddie came with the new spa in perfect condition. This place treats customers the way all businesses should treat their customers. If we were to ever buy another spa, it would definitely be from Coastal Softub and Spa-Warehouse. We really appreciate all that they did for us to make sure that we were satisfied.

Agree with others that its hard to get a repair on a spa. Unresponsive on the phone, Tech didn't show up when promised, ghosted us and I ended up getting someone else to fix the spa.

Super frustrating trying to get repairs for our softub. They don't seem to be able to get the parts, nor do they have a particularly good system for tracking our requests for said parts. Most frustrating, they don't offer on site service. I have to drain and dismantle my unit and bring in the pump/heater for service. And that still is going to cost a couple hundred bucks even though the tub is still under warranty. As they are only softub dealer in the area, we don't seem to have a choice. I guess that's the pain of living in a small town.

Ordered chlorine for spa 8/30/21; waited several weeks to receive, finally arrived and it was not what I ordered. Returned for refund. No refund received. Contacted company and was told I would receive email and refund 10/2/21. No email, no refund, no contact from the company. I would never order from this company. Received the correct product from Amazon in 2 days.

After a wet test we bought our hot tub here a few years ago and we love it. It’s not the biggest, most expensive spa but the time and service we always get from Jim and co.makes us feel like our business matters to them. Even though the Rona is making things bananas for businesses they still took the time recently to answer my questions and had what I needed in stock. I really wish everyone did business like these folks and I hope they’re around for a very long time.

First experience with the store and was impressed before I even arrived. Due to Covid, we had to make an appointment. I called and left message and within minutes got a call back to not only make the appointment, but to answer my multiple technical questions. Once at the store, the experience was at our pace resulting in a purchase of a Bullfrog hot tube I know will be a perfect for us!

My wife and I looked around for over two years and never felt good about making that big of decision without testing the tubs. Even after the wet tests we were not convinced. We were looking for powerful jets that we could feel which would act as a water massage. Most tubs felt wimpy to us and we were about to go with a built in, but first stopped at Jim's place to see what he had going on. He explained to us that if we purchased a tub with 3 motors, we'd have all the power we'd ever need. I was skeptical because I've only felt that kind of power on a custom built in, but Jim convinced us to give it a try. He was 100% right, it is more than enough power and we find ourselves adjusting down after the first few minutes because it kind of blows you out of your seat and you need to fight to stay put with the pressure coming your way. The power adjusters are near each seat and you can control the flow from each seat. We we turn on all three motors and crank up the power, the tub looks like a water ride or a volcano of water. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I could not recommend Jim and his team more highly from the sale to the installation, to the training on how to use it. Good job Jim, Michael
