This company WILL STEAL your deposit and make up lies as to why they are keeping your money. They are thieves that should be in jail. If you dispute they will fight and most likely loose and you can get your deposit back hopefully you card company will believe you and not these thieves. I stayed with some friends that had to fight like hell to get their money back.

Best stay-cation ever! I am local, my family needed a place for a week while having work done in our home. We rented a place in Pismo Shores. The view was amazing! Clean clean clean! The home was stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the beach toys that were there for our use. My hubby cooked some killer BBQ on the grill and later we went swimming in the heated pool. I secretly called the contractor working on my house and asked if he could work slower because I didn't want to go home. I loved my staycation! Coastal Vacation Rentals is amazing! Thank you Erin and Kendrick for an amazing week.

! CAUTION! Before booking please note that there is a (1) month delay for your $500 security deposit refund. In addition to the other negative post regarding a deposit refund a staff member also confirmed by telling me that "ALL deposit refunds are delayed it's because of our system but we are working on improving it" So until these improvements are implemented they should be courteous by posting this information on their website.
