Had a lovely visit today at Costal Vision Center. The staff was kind and Dr. Bruce was very compassionate!

I didnt ask for premium lenses. I stated the price seemed too high even in front of my boyfriend. Extra charges put in total. My insurance validated a higher priced lense (PREMIUM) was on the insurance bill and another charge but I never requested it. I confronted them on the phone and they wouldn't take the extras off the total or remake them. They said I signed for it. My visa company confronted them and got my money back. I supplied my own frames and I couldn't pick them up until I signed a form stating I declined the remake and my money was returned. I confronted them again saying I didn't decline the remake and circled the word. I reiterated, I would do business with them if they would remake them as specified. She stated "we have had conversations about this" otherwise she ment we are not remaking them. They got caught with their hand in the cookie jar so I need to go away.
I told them they were cheaters as I walked out.

They were very kind and gentle.
In addition, I was not good at English, but they carefully examined me so that I could understand. I was so relieved. I am very grateful to them.

Everyone is very friendly. I was treated as if we had all been friends for a long time. Doctor Geering was very honest and caring about my eye condition.

My daughter came here for an eye exam and glasses. Upon entry, we were greeted by a super friendly staff member. The building was incredibly clean and well organized. The glasses displays were fully stock and had many different options to choose from. Dr. Bruce was the best! She was super friendly and she throughly explained each step to us before proceeding. She’s the best. By the end of the appointment, I ended making myself an appointment as well.
