1 Coastwest delivered the best service. We are still a bit surprised but so happy with the results. While performing a small renovation, we removed a screw which had been drilled into a sprinkler pipe for years, unbeknownst to everyone. After removing it, water was everywhere. We called Tim, he explained how to turn everything off, and then he was here at 6am the following morning to repair the issue. He had everything very cleanly repaired in just 30 minutes. It took longer for the glue of the repair to dry. He made clean cuts in the drywall, advised us to have our general contractor address potential mold, was very mindful while restoring water pressure to the system, gave us tons of great advice, and honestly he is just a wonderful person.
If you need fire protection services, I really do believe Coastwest is your best bet in the Bay Area.
