It is a nice restaurant located in Pomona, near the Fairgrounds. I have been to this restaurant, once, in June of 2021. I have visited this establishment after work, to enjoy some Cuban food. The meal, that I have ordered was quite delicious. Furthermore, the cocktails, that they prepared were great. Of course, when I visited, there was limited seating available, so I had to wait for a while. Nevertheless, it was quite worth the wait.

The food was very good. Definitely recommend the sea bass dinner. The calamari appetizer and yucca frita were delicious. Because of an event happening in the next room the noise level was quite high and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape when I visited. Disappointing that when you spend more than $35 on an entree that you still have to spend $6 to park your car.

I went there last night, I dont want to take valet parking but I have to, the valet person said theres no other choice. And when I want to go home, the line for valet took 40 minutes. I ask them if I can pick up my own car to skip the line & still pay for the valet, but they dont let me. What a mess.
We, party of 5, spend around $55/person. The food just ok, the server always in a rush.
Bad experience, not recomended

Bartender won't help you or even ask if we need it any drinks. We had to approached her and on top of that go and pick up our drinks as well. Now I know why there was noone seating at the bar worse customer service ever. Server didn't have a clue regarding the menu. Cold food. I really tip both employees for courtesy but not a good experience at all

Attended a wedding here. Great views and venue. Chicken and rice dinner was excellent. Chicken tender, good sauce. Rice was not dry. Plátanos were excellent.

The service from the hostess was great. Beautiful views to enjoy with your food.

It needs to improve its wine selection.

I had the Chilean Sea Bass.it was Ok

My wife had the oxtail

That was really good

My children had the pasta on the kids menu and.they should use a little less oil.

Why the 5 star?

The views and the service from the hostess

Been here multiple times. Great food, clean and good pricing. Today the food took over an hour to come out, and to top off they gave it to another table, then server tried to give to us after the other customer picked at it. They apologized and offered free desert. We asked for chocolate lava cake, then after 15 minutes waiter came back and said they ran out. Then food took 30 extra minutes. When Bill came they only waived a $7 flan. Not looking for handout but seems like and insult for such a lousy visit. I want to be fair so I would normally recommend this placed but this visit left me wanting more.

Haven't got the pleasure to eat at the establishment, went on business.
Gives me the Scarface movie vibe
Kind of makes me feel like Tony Montana

Coco Palms has absolutely amazing Cuban Cuisines! I had the Arroz con Lechón Asada and a side of yuca and tostones. The views of the sunset and night sky were beautiful. The service was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you like Latin and Caribbean Island cuisine and foods.

October 17,2021 was the worst of the worst service I've gotten. The waiter tend to the other tables. I order the waffle breakfast and bacon and when I say my waffles was hard and dry, it was. The manager spoke to everyone else except my table. So guess what I will never and I mean never go to this place again or even recommend this place.

The restaurant has a nice cuban feel to it to come to but I wouldn't come back to the restaurant to eat since the food was poorly done. My steak was over cooked, the rice was not seasoned correctly, the salmon could of been seasoned & seared then finished in the oven for a better taste. The only positive items that I had were great were the beef empanadas & fried plantanos (bananas).

Excellent ambiance and service. Great view. The food was phenomenal! Ordered the 'sampler' tostones, manequitas and maduros- YUMMY!
They limited the seating due to COVID as well as they have the COVID prevention in place.
We will be back.

Enjoyed the view, food was good, server was very nice and attentive, unfortunately he was the only server, so we waited a while.

This is an upscale Latin-American Restaurant sits on a cliftside offering a great view of the skyline and the Freeway 10 down below. I am impressed with the Koi pound, the waterfall and Parrot cage along side of a short walk to the entrance. There are 4 sections of the main dining rooms, all have large view windows, plus two outdoor patios. The service staff was professional and friendly.

The food portion is large, the side salad looks like a meal by itself, however, the main entry gave me a mixed impressions.

The seafood dish, Parrillada de Mariscos, has a grilled 4oz lobster, shrimp, fresh fish, scallops, calamari, clams, mussels, crab, saffron rice. The seasoning was different, it's not bad just taking a little getting used to. The Clams and musels were not freah, they were way pass expired. The Crab has two tiny legs and two pices of fully shelled body portion. I didn't bother with it. The fresh fish tasets like Albacore, not a good choice for a seafood plate. The lobster tail, shrimps and a few little scallops were the enjoyable ones.

The Meat dish, Parrillada Argentina, comes with grilled Angus New York & skirt steak, beef short ribs, chorizo, chicken, moros y cristianos, now this dish gets a thumbs up, it matches well with the images of this restaurant.

Return visit? Maybe not.
