Code Ninjas reviews
6Jack is own hecka amazing owner. Our kid was disengaging. He understood the issue, aligned his Sensei's, and did what any parent would - re-engage. My kid has been going in 2 times weekly since. Thank you for everything.
Great teachers and engaging curriculum. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting their kids into coding!
My kids love going to Code Ninjas! The staff are super sweet and communicative, and really good with the kids - my son used to love playing video games, but now he’s really interested in the code that goes on behind the games! The price is a bit high but I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants their kids to get a quality computer science education early on.
Code Ninjas has been an absolute game-changer for my child's coding journey. The friendly and passionate staff create a fun and educational atmosphere, where kids are excited to learn and build their projects. The personalized approach and patient Code Sensei's ensure that each child progresses at their own pace, while fostering creativity and teamwork. I highly recommend Code Ninjas to any parent seeking an exceptional coding program that empowers their child with the tools for a successful future.
We signed up our kid for a week long class where they would learn how to create a specific project. I would ask what he learned and everyday he'd tell me nothing. I asked what was he doing. He said they told him how to sign onto the computer, but then he'd be playing on Minecraft the entire day with little supervision and next to zero instruction. He was basically playing Minecraft for the entire time he was there and that was it. He had friends in the class as well and they also verified the lack of any direction or instruction. At the end of the week, we asked again what he had learned and he promptly said, "Nothing. "
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this one deserved putting the calories into. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money.
Edit: Owner responded with asking why this wasn't brought up at the time. It was. We were met with the response of, "The first two or three days are kinda a wash. " That's not what I could consider to be a sufficient answer. Also, it's not a coincidence two five-star reviews just popped up in the last couple of minutes.
