Coelia Nail Spa, Laguna Niguel CA

Both my wife and I have been coming here for the past two years. I've noticed that the last 6 times we've been here the service has diminished. Today, January 2,2023 was the epitome of extremely poor customer service. The foot tub did not produce hot water nor did the jacuzzi work. For me my visit was over. Granted my wife continued on with getting her nails finished. For me I was past the point of letting them touch mine. It's real sad that their customer service has hit this loss. Will we be back. I don't know. They may have lost two faithful customers. If you are reading this PLEASE think twice before stepping foot in this business. There are plenty of other nail salons in Laguna Niguel.
