6It is ok. The value is there, but be careful with the brushes. They leave scratches on your clearcoat. Price has gone up to $2.50 for 4 minutes.
The machines are working fine but it is way more expensive than the ones at the south bay close by the beach.
Great for a quick wash. Uses a pressure washer that can dispense soap and wax, but also has a foaming brush tool and tire cleaning brush. The machine starts by inserting quarters so it's cash only. There's a quarter dispenser on-site that takes bills. After washing, you can drive forward to a parking area that has vacuum cleaners.
Some things to keep in mind:
- would not recommend using the foam brush if you care about swirls. It WILL leave clear coat scratches.
- water is not mineral-free and will leave marks if not dried. Recommend drying immediately with a towel or driving at legal speeds to air dry the car.
- would not recommend the towels that are sold on-site in the dispensers. They are about as useful as a napkin and will quickly disintegrate.
- be wary of the time left on the machine as you don't want to leave soap residue on the car. The machine takes about $2.00 to start up so it would be a waste to start it up again just for a rinse.
The owner maintains the equipment, so everything is in good working order.
It was good no cars washing. The only thing that you need it's spot free other then that it good and clean the price is good
Only accepts quarters, change machine only accepts/works with 10$ bills or smaller. The "wax" rinse works.stalls are super slippery. Sadly, no clear-coat/spotless rinse.
