Coin Laundry, La Puente CA

This place is super cheap to wash if you’re on a budge. With that being said, this place is filthy. They close at 8 when they’re supposed to close at 10. This place has roaches! I killed at least one roach every time I would visit. The ceiling tiles are rotting, the vending machines are outdated, they have random broken washers in there taking up space, just a hot mess. They don’t have proper trash cans. They use laundry bins as trash cans. There are always men outside drinking and as a woman, it just doesn’t feel safe. Risking bringing roaches to my house just wasn’t worth saving a few extra $. The owner of this place should really take care of it and consider getting better employees.

The place is great for doing your laundry but the problem is the old man in charge. He's always drinking outside, he says it closes at 8pm when the hours here say at 10: 00 pm, he is very rude about it and drunk by that time making a big problem threatening with leaving people locked up.

On google it says it closes at 10pm so I came in around 815 to do 1 load. Common sense you would think the last load would be 1 hour before close. As I was approaching the entrance an older guy with alcohol in a bag was staring me down. And as I went in to grab a cart to put my basket in another older guy said that they were closed and told him that the hours say they close at 10pm he then said that the reason it says it closes at 10 is because he needs to finish cleaning the facility by 10pm but the last load is at 7pm because they actually close at at 8. Whaaaattttt!? !? Even the open sign was still on. He did visibly look like he was drinking or something and was talking to the guy that was staring me down when I first got there because I was on the phone in my car with my husband letting him know what was going on. I suggest the owner change the hours to their business to close at 8pm to not deceive anyone. So unprofessional. It even says under new management. I hope this guy isn’t the owner.

I will not return to this place. I arrived at 7: 45 and a man who smelled of pure alcohol told me that I had half an hour or he was going to lock me up with mijo. And that it was not his problem if on the Internet it says at 10 pm. He threatened me again and I had to talk to the police. He said the same thing to another lady and better took out his things and left. I'm not coming back

The laundry is great but is too dirty and the guy that is there supposed to be helping is always drinking alcohol and never cleans.

It's a great place to do your laundry. The drying here is free, I can see why people come back here. This place could use some TLC but other than great place.

The man is very attentive and kind to any questions about the washing machines and the courtesy of free drying.
