3For concerns for health and safety, California instituted a state wide mandate for people to wear masks regardless of vaccination status on December 15th. Imagine my surprise when I walk into Coldstones to find an unmasked worker talking over the ice cream he is serving and scooping. I had to disappoint my children and walk out because your employee and store were not adhering to policy. As a food service worker, there are health and safety protocols that need to be enforced, and mask wearing needs to be at the top of the list right now. Please have your stores and employees follow protocol and policy for the health and well being of the community.
If you go inside and order in person -they are so nice and helpful. The Ice Cream is amazing. However, if you order on line for pick up or delivery- the website changes Oreo Ice Cream into 2 Oreo Cookies! I recommend going in the store to order.
Seems like my order always gets messed up, they're always in a hurry to get to the next customer they forget just to finish my order!
