Kelley (I forgot to write this earlier so it was Kelly or Kaylee) was great today and very friendly!

Cold stone is incredible we all know that. But last night I ordered some stuff from Uber eats. I ordered the Reese cup ice cream cups, I will admit I didn’t fully read the description because I would never spend my money like that. I saw $18 and figured there were at least 4 (minimum 2). To my surprise it was for ONE. I truly can’t believe they would charge this for one small Reese cup. Would love a refund on that item

I love this place. A little on the high side but the ice cream is really good so I make it a treat that I give myself every few months.

Came to visit Cali from the UK while I was in the states. Great and quick service, got a chocolate devotion and it was the best I've had while I was here. Definitely coming back next time I'm in LA

It was ok, but they pretty much ignore people that order online I always have to wait to pick up my order.

Ice cream is half melted as they handed it to u. They got to drop the temperature on those freezers to keep it cold enough. No excuses here, except saving on electricity/power

I've been coming here for like 6 or 7 years and this was the first time that the employee refused to mix in the topping. I always get a small or usually a kid size with one Nixon and he said that they don't mix it in. Meanwhile I watch the person next to me getting there is mixed in but he refused to mix mine in. How pathetic is that. A manager that hires somebody like this who doesn't treat their customers like everybody else.

DeAndre provided phenomenal customer service. He acknowledged customers upon entry and had the upmost respect and sense of urgency to fulfill orders. He made my visit very enjoyable and I will return as a result. Thanks, Deandre

I went twice in a month but there still was no large cups for smoothies

The small cups should at least be way cheaper

Came a few weeks ago for the grand prix and decided to stop by. Long line was worth it, thank you to all the young women who worked that day, loved the song whenever someone would tip.

Poor customer service! Need to train employees on customer service ASAP! Doing to much! I politely asked the young man if they have kid size cones and he says yes, I let my son tell them what he wants and they start putting it in a cup, I politely stop her and tell her he wants a cone so she tells me they have no kid size cones only one size so I'm like the young man just told me you did and instead of just admitting to answering me to fast and not hearing the question correctly, he says no you didn't you asked if we had kid size ice cream basically calling me a liar, so I try to explain to him he's wrong and he insists on arguing telling me what I said. Lost a consistent customer with that. No manners at all! Could've went all bad had I not had any restraint!

Great place for ice cream. May be a bit pricey, but the ice cream is so good. Many good flavors and great employees.

I use to go here everyday until they started letting dogs in, who wants animals around their open food? Kinda gross if you ask me. Then they started enforcing the mask thing so yea No more for me at this location until they change having animals around my food.

I haven't been here in a long time and it was delicious, the French vanilla was super good and im coming back next week or so

One employee named Beto went above and beyond for my order on June 5,2021. I was beyond impressed and pleased. I went back to the store to thank him and he was gone for the day.
Customer service like this is much appreciated.
