This place is really sticky and gross. They charge $1.75 per topping yet they provide the fewest amount of any topping you order. They charged me $1.75 for three strawberries. So many other places would be far better and for a nicer price. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

The only Coldstone I have been to that does not give samples (the associate didn’t give a reason as to why either), gave portion sizes that did not even fill the cup, and barely sprinkled some toppings on top. Disappointing when the advertisement on the front door shows triple the amount of ice cream that we paid for. Never going there again!

I like the icecream and toppings mixture. They are not giving any taste trial, other brands do. We take a small and a medium all the time and it bills us $15-$20, if we ask extra topping it's $1 each and the quantity they put is less for a dollar. Recommend to select from there menu. The staff are all girls, I would say mean girls lol. They can really improve on service and attitude. They will throw the left over icecream but not put in your cup. I mean stack it up girl.

DO NOT GO…. I paid $8 for a smoothie with no ice, mind you I did not drink from the cup or opened the straw, I could feel how warm it was. If I was told there was no ice I would NOT have ordered warm strawberry milk. I asked if I could replace the smoothie with another item. I was then told there are no compensations, I asked for my money back the store/brand does not give refunds, I asked to speak to the manager, OF COURSE the manager was NOT around. The employee then said they add extra flavoring to compensate for running out ice, still…it’s not a f@&$!) ? Smoothie. I left my number, not expecting to get a call from the manager. In the end I’m out $8 and did not get what I ordered. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this. The employees were very nonchalant about the situation which leads me to believe that this is common practice for this store to lie and steal customers money. If this is how this brand conducts its business, they lost a customer.

I feel so scammed right now.i was astronomical when i went in there for two ice creams and it was $17.50 like what? Who do you think you are, disneyland? Please lower your prices.peace and love️?

I paid $28 for 2 ‘medium’ scoops w 3 mix ins each for my daughter and me. How? Why? Are you serious? Just way overboard. I understand each location can charge what they please but to double the price just for choosing this location is ridiculous and greedy. Lost a customer since it’s always a guess when I walk in to any coldstone whether I’ll be paying $17 or $30. Not worth it. Works out for my diet I suppose.

Cold Stone and Door Dash need to brush up their process. Projected pick up time was set for 6: 25-6: 35. Arrive to the store around 6: 48PM. Order was not ready, staff had a difficult time finding the order in their system, but eventually found it about 10 minutes later. Waiting for my order to be completed and then one of the staff making one of my items stops intermittently pondering about what ingredients are included in their “Creations”. Bring the observant person that I am, I was lucky to catch him put the wrong ingredient. Some may say it’s not a big deal, but imagine if it were anyone else with a food allergy. I understand that they are busy and they were polite about it. Overall, it was an annoying experience and I’m not saying that’s one person’s fault. I am just hoping this raises awareness to possibly make some changes or clarifications. As well as just a friendly piece of advice to please always ask a question if you aren’t always sure about what you’re doing. It will cost you less time and effort to take that brief moment to ask a peer or refer to a reference/menu.

Ordered 3 small Ice creams, and 2 medium ice creams on Uber eats pick up (not delivery) which cost me $60. This is 40% more than their menu prices. My app said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I waited and then arrived in 25 minutes. They didn’t even begin making my order until I arrived. It took an additional 15 minutes for my order to be made. My ice cream was missing brownie (main ingredient in my 2 medium sized ice creams). The girl making my order chopped up ingredients and each cup ended up too small. So, she just scooped plain (not mixed with ingredients) ice cream to plop on the top of each so it wasn’t too tiny.
It’s against Uber eats contract to charge more than the menu price in house. California law has a limit of which 3rd party services can charge which is 20%. So, why charge 40% more than the menu price on an Uber pick up order? Completely ridiculous. The in store price for medium ice cream is 8.50, but on the app I paid $12.50. This is super greedy and just not right. I will not be returning.
All in all, it was a waste of my time and money. On top of that, it was made incorrectly. Shame on you cold stone

The employee Alfreddy/Alfred/Freddy, couldn’t catch his name with my screaming child in the background, but he was atrocious in not allowing my almost two year old to be inside the store without a mask. He should’ve first asked for my sons age instead of telling me I couldn’t be inside the store until he wore a mask. Horrible customer service.

Had a craving. Didn’t realize they close at 8pm. So I rushed to get there and made it at 7: 59 only to be refused service. “Sorry sir we’re closed” was told while standing in the middle of the store.

Cold stone used to be a big name with a big reputation. Unfortunately, now it's just known for hiring stoners who don't care about their position in the slightest. I've seen more effort from a toaster.
