Kylie was amazing, very helpful, outgoing. I had a long day and she made my night for being helpful and very attentive. She definitely deserves to a promotion of some sort.

Everything is fantastic. I just wish they had more staff working there but I guess that the world we live in now.

I’ve always enjoyed cold stone. The difference between locations is the customer service. This location has great customer service. The young lady (I don’t remember her name) who helped me was very helpful and made this visit a pleasant one. I was greeted as I entered, and when I exited as well. The ice cream itself was delicious. The store was clean and organized. Thank you for making my visit a good one!

First I want to say that the customer service was superb. Amy and everyone on her team at the store yesterday 11/8/21 were patient, understanding and accommodating. I ordered a custom cake to be delivered to my son for his birthday and chose 6: 30pm on the online order form. I received a text at 3: 30 pm stating the cake was being picked up by Uber. I went into panic mode because that would mean it would sit outside for 3 hrs! Sheesh it’s an ice cream cake. So Amy and her crew worked to get the order canceled.

I was told to make another order to be delivered close yo the drop off time I wanted. So I did and chose “hand off” as opposed to leave at the door. Well after driving Amy and her crew crazy, the driver ignored the instructions and left the cake at the door. Due to time difference (I am in Georgia) I woke to this pic from my son?

I am beyond disappointed and out of $50.

Paid for graham crackers & you didn’t put them in my ice cream.

Messed up.

My posts are usually very good however, lately you only give me a tiny rectangular box that I can barely fit three short sentences inside of it!

COLD STONE Creamery has some of the best homemade ice cream that I've ever tested!
I'll finish this review after I return a few more times!

I've come here almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, since I discovered this gem. I always get the mango milkshake, although all their flavors are amazing. They have the traditional favorites, along with a more exotic variety. The creamy rose water is incredible, tastes like a rose macaron.

Good ice cream, wish they'd put more cookie dough in the "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some"

One of the best ice creams I have ever had! Locally made and super delicious. I had the chocolate devotion. It was so creamy and smooth and not overly sweet. Just perfect.

Always love cold stone and this place is less than 10 minutes from my house so it’s great!

Every flavour was perfect.must go there, and try their home made ice cream. Absolutely unique selection.

I gave this 1 star because the store has only been open 1 time for me to enjoy ice cream with my family. Today was the third and last time I will go to a Cold Stone Creamery because this store does not operate as a professional business should. They close their doors for lunch. What kind of Ice Cream place closes for lunch? They also closed their doors today for a ‘grocery run and lunch’. Very unprofessional operation. If this is a privately owned Cold Stone, the boys in suits who sit on the board should rethink this particular location and it’s owner.
