Cold Stone Creamery, San Diego CA

I have gone to this location on San Diego Ave several times now.
Following there schedule on there website and being there.
The website says 11am.went there not open.went there another time this Saturday around 1pm not open.
Please, change the times on the website or put up a time schedule on the door the staff will abide by.

Everytime we stay at the hotel right above Cold Stone, we always come here. Never have we been dissapointed! Super clean establishment. Yes the lines are long but hey, It's Cold Stone! The staff is always friendly and patient, specially to my 3 Boys. There was a promotion through Nintendo Switch and there were some Nintendo Figurines on display, my oldest son asked how to get them. Unfortunately they were not For Sale, a employee took them as display. This employee went above and beyond to adversite for the promotion.who does that? ! Super awesome!

Overall no complains and we been visiting for a little over 3 yrs (twice a yr)

If you are going to have publicly posted operating hours, at least abide by them, got here at 9: 50 to order with both my wife and daughter and the place was already closed. If your staff wants to go home early, then change your closing time to reflect the time you stop taking orders. Gas isnt cheap and it sucks to drive feom La Mesa to this.

Great location in the heart of old Town. Ice cream was excellent and so was the service. Great vibes.

The ice cream is very nice and the store has a very nice memories that we had in this small cold stone shop

So I'm walking off the food coma I'm in after just finishing they got to have it size peanut butter cup perfection made by TJ I'm not sure if he is the boss or not but he defined tonight what it truly mean to be "like a boss". This ice cream masher took his time mashing in the extra pb & pb cups till when the last mash was completed and there stood what I can only describe as passing perfection into a realm of dare I say. God like status! So cold stone I don't know this guy but he's already acting like a boss.you should make him one. Or at least give him a sizable raise. The dude deserves it and I don't think there is anyone who would disagree after the full fat happy I'm feeling right now made its way thru their taste buds. Thank you TJ thank you cold stone. You guys are awesome sauce!

I bought a small ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Everyone was very polite, they were able to have it for me the next day AND it was the most delicious cake we've ever had and we will never have cake with no ice cream ever again. Thanks!

We can't get enough of this place the portions were substantial & the kids love the opportunity to be creative. Please never close down your establishments they are golden

I stopped by here today with four 13 year olds and a 7 year old. Peter and TJ were freaking awsome we were a total of 9 people amd the killed it with the patience and making sure everyone was taken care of. They were awsome today and would definitely recommend this locations only because of them. Thank you both so much!

The 2 young gentlemen who were working were very polite have amazing customer service skills.

This place is worth a visit. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Constantly well organized and with excellent atmosphere. Will come visit again.

Great place to chill, get away, eat some good food. The service here is great. The bill won't shock you. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.
