Cold Stone Creamery, Fremont CA

The servers filled the ice cream bowl half full and put basicly no toppings when asked (about 4 pieces). I asked politely for a but they wanted to charge me more.

Owner deserves negative infinity stars as feedback. Very rude and unethical owner. If you are a dark skin or other nationality, avoid going to this place! I had terrible experience.
Never ever going back to this place again. There are other franchises in Fremont too where customers can get warm customer service to enjoy their ice cream.

Staff were rude and the ice cream wasn't worth it. They also gave less ice cream. I have definitely gone to much better coldstones

Horrible customer service. They canceled my order the night before the event and never answered my call.
Refunded the amount of my order saying that customer asked for refund when I clearly didnt.

Very cool staff. Open late for a reason. Great spot for taking your family after dinner. Try chocolate devotion, minus the chocolate chips and add blueberries!

Their mocha milkshake is SO good. The kids that work there are sweet, too, although the ice cream is so good they could have insulted my mother and tossed it at my head and I'd have caught it in my mouth and tipped 20% (I usually do 25). I only ordered one of their handcrafted ice cream creations once, but it was a religious experience. Totally worth the 78,000 calories (give or take).

Unprofessional merchant and when I was there waiting to order he abused someone by his nationality, which is not a good sign for anyone & from then I have never been to them. Without respect even though they make a good ice cream it’s not worthy

Terrible experience. Me and my wife went for our monthly surrender to strawberry (1 order) and the store guy/ owner charged us 10 cents for extra spoon. Wow he must be in serious need of money!

What can I say I wish I could give them zero star in fact negative if possible. My two-year-old really had to go to the bathroom and they said no it’s employee only and we come there at least on a weekly base. I ran next-door with my daughter but we couldn’t make it and she had an accident. And her excuse was Covid even though all the other stores around have their bathrooms open to customers. It sounds very lazy employee that don’t wanna clean bathrooms. The cold Stone next to our house has bathrooms open for customers. No more business from my end to this branch as their customer service is below zero.

Had a terrible day tonight at work, co workers tried to cheer me up from the customers I got.
I wanted to cool off after work with a smoothie. Jamba was closed so have Cold Stone a chance and maybe make it my new cool off spot after work.
Because of the bad day I had, I accidentally dropped my $6 smoothie on the ground, I worried not too much and kept hope that the co worker would make another. They didn’t, couldn’t help me after presenting them with a dropped cup, had to hold back tears from them declining my request.
As I was leaving I could hear them talk about how they almost gave me one from feeling bad, so the thought was there, but didn’t have enough to make me at least smile at the end of the day, now I left home sad, tearing, no smoothie and $6 completely wasted.
I will not be coming back to this Cold Stone Creamery.

BEN made my German chocolate cake & it tasted fantastic. I asked his opinion on what toppings to add & he suggested peanut butter cups because he sensed I love peanut butter. He was super helpful on this hot day so thank you BEN, I'll be back!

Love their ice cream and the assortment of toppings you can choose. Their Oreo ice cream is my favorite. The waffle is very crunchy and tasty. My daughter choose an assortment of toppings, for which you have to pay extra.
They are open till 11PM, which is perfect for a quick stop for a late night desert cravings.

Employees are friendly, respectful and polite to all the customers and their service is pretty fast.

Untrained staff. Same ice cream on other cold stone stores were not only well mixed but also more in quantity (Made this sure twice) Never going back.

Skip this place if you can. Worst customer service. Half filled ice cream cups (LOVE IT) for $8! (including taxes) and then I was told to pay for PAPER NAPKINS and an Extra Plastic SPOON!

Comment is specifically for Coldstone near Costco in Fremont. I have had very pleasurable experience at Coldstone's though.

I have tried to order cake from this place twice and both times the person on the phone was extremely rude. There are plenty of other places to buy an ice cream cake without being treated like an inconvenience.

I just ordered for Strawberry Banana Rendezvous Everybody’s size and the girl gave only 3 quarters of the box.she had every item less in quantity. I have ordered this several times before at Fremont hub location, they did a great job every time.

Clean Store and Delicious Ice Cream. They are staring to run the store under new management.

There was a kind man in front of me The man who made his ice cream that worked out cold stone dropped his ice cream onto the floor and this is what he did he just scooped the top of it and just gave it to him he was rude and annoyed let’s just say next time I’m going to Baskin-Robbins
