Cold Stone Creamery reviews
18Went for the first time just after Christmas while in town visiting friends and was very impressed with the patience of Lucky while I was trying to decide and he helped me pick out the most incredible ice cream I've ever tasted. And Kimberly was awesome also. I would highly, highly recommend this place! It was soooo good.
The ice cream is always consistent in taste and quality and this location was no exception. The employee was friendly and helpful. I took off 1 star because it was so hot in the store I'm surprised all the ice cream and their employee didn't melt! Luckily they're right next to the beach so sat outside in the cool ocean breeze.
Great ice cream. I went with a Reese’s flavor so they got vanilla ice cream then poured peanut butter on top and then crushed peanut butter cups into the ice cream as they rolled and turned the ice cream.
My wife and I came here after we saw a huge line up at another ice cream place nearby and didn't feel like waiting 45 minutes. We made the right decision. The ice cream was fresh, creamy and so rich that I could barely finish a large cup. A half gallon tub from a supermarket wouldn't fill me up this much.
The large is only slightly more expensive than the medium and a lot bigger so if you're looking for value, share a large with someone instead of buying two smalls or a small and a medium. You'll get a similar amount of ice cream and pay a lot less.
I love Cold Stone, but this location is one of the worst I've been to. They seriously skimp on the portions. The ice cream doesn't even reach the top of the cup, and half the time, it's all melted.
Left the shop tonight and Daniel was our server. Very nice young man, polite and upbeat and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely make another trip here for the ice cream and for Daniel's friendly vibe.
We grabbed a late night ice cream here and the service was not good unfortunately. The place seemed like it needed a clean and was not appetizing.
I'd rather visit a place with homemade ice cream and more vegan options. There is so many good ice cream places nearby with fresher ingredients.
Had a great experience here the other day with my kids. The servers were extremely helpful and patient when the little ones ordered. They did a great job accommodating their (totally random, lol) mix-in requests, and were very friendly throughout. I think they recently bought the store and they’re a great addition to the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Came here with a friend to get her ice cream. The new owner’s son asked me what we wanted, and I explained we were going to baked bear down the street after. He proceeds to sell his ice cream to me like I’ve never seen ice cream sold before. I ended up getting a cake batter like it with cookie dough and brownies. It was phenomenal, and I very much respected the owner’s sons hustle. 10/10 would go to again! Amazing service and a much better vibe than the previous owners!
Took 20+ min with a small line because the workers sucked. Then I found out why because after having to repeat mint chocolate chip ice cream 3x, the guy scooped cotton candy. Owner was right there and didn't even acknowledge it when we went to pay.
Ice cream was just awesome with amazing topping. I really liked its taste and will visit here soon again. Thank you!
I’m not sure how you manage to screw up an experience at an ice cream shop but it seems it is very possible two days in a row. The girl behind the counter will not speak above a whisper even though you tell her you can’t hear her over the music. Then she gets your order wrong. This is after she looks at the menu about 12 times while she’s preparing what she is screwing up. She apparently isn’t strong enough to squeeze fudge out of the container because she only put a thimble full on our ice cream and we had to ask for more. Without a doubt the most unfriendly unpleasant experience I’ve ever had getting ice cream. Again who the hell screws up ice cream?
When someone pays for extra items they are never added. Three times I have ordered from this location paying for the extras I want and it seems I get less items each time. This last time I may as well order plain vanilla ice cream. The 5.00 is extra add ins was a loss again.
Wicked poor showing two times in a row. Round 1: $6 small ice cream cup was half filled even after pointing it out.
Round 2: mix-ins placed on top and fell out. Should have been mixed in.
The extra star is because the taste is reasonable.
This place is straight terrible. The manager or owner does not care about the direction this business is headed. Served by two young girls wouldn’t care if the whole world was fire. Smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever been served at Cold Stone.
I really wouldn’t recommend going in past 7pm. I was literally called a racial slur on the way out by the two male employees working that shift.
Our waffle bowls tasted stale and lacked crisp. Employees need more training on "contactless" and infectious disease spread. At one point an employee removed their mask, the cashier was also handling food orders, and the same pen was used by multiple customers without getting disinfected in between
Rude demeanor acted like I was bothering them closed at 10 walked in at 8ish no waffle bowls or cones
