Horrible experience at Cold Stone Creamery Fountain Valley 7/18/23. After ordering and purchasing an ice cream for my daughter, saw the ad for this ice cream posted at the store and it said "try a sample of Barbie Pink Cotton Candy" When I asked for a sample after actually making a purchase, the girl that rang me up told me, "we don't give out samples"
Oh REALLY? ! Bc the ad posted IN STORE even says you do! I even pointed that out to her

It was 10: 45pm when I arrived and they locked the door, it shows on line that they should close at 11: 30pm. I had heart set on ice cream

The staff here is the best! I needed a cake for my wife’s birthday and they were so accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!
