Great, friendly service. Loved the new Frosted Pumpkin Bread. Under new ownership.

Sharan is the new owner. He bought this location only 20 days ago. I just got the caramel apple ice cream flavor, and it was delicious! Sharan was so helpful and was very in control. Even with a line, he assured the other guests that he would be right with them. He was so professional! Great new owner! Go now to support Sharan!

I ordered a sugar cone and they didn’t put any ice cream in the cone… only one small scoop on top. They weren’t very friendly either.

Horrible customer service. Got an ice cream but they were so busy they made it extremely messy it leaked everywhere, I wasn’t upset though because only one person was making ice cream and they were really busy. 10 minutes before closed tried to use the bathroom to wash my hands and the lady denied that I could go in there just to wash my hands because it was cleaned. I would understand if I had to use the restroom but I needed to wash my hands because they made the ice cream half *ss. Will not be going to this cold stone as long as Raleigh is working there, very unprofessional attitude.

We walked in at 9: 00 and they closed at 9: 30. As we walked in the lady said don’t touch the glass in a rude way. They already had everything put away. They had very bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I suggest going to the one a couple minutes away. As we walked out the guys said I didn’t even clean it anyway. You are better going to the one a couple minutes away.

Raleigh’s customer service needs improvement she rushed through my order and had to repeat my self multiple times because she had already rushed through toppings. I feel bad not tipping someone no matter how good or bad the service is so I left her a $1 when i normally tip here between $3-$5 on at $18-$20 order. She really needs to get trained if she doesn’t want customers going to another cold stone not owned by the same person.

Stores closes at 930pm on Sundays. I come in at 909pm and they said the “stones” are closed because they have to clean them and they do it 30 min before closing. Then the store should close at 9 not 930. Never coming back.
