Found two long hairs in two separate cups, gross and disappointing tbh

Great ice cream as always, but this place needs to work on organization and efficiency. On a Sunday evening, there were eight people working behind the counter. They all seemed to be working diligently, but they were only waiting on two parties and no one was waiting when I entered. I waited in what I thought was the right place for over ten minutes for someone to take my simple order. No one took my order or even acknowledged that I was waiting. I moved to the other end of the counter after II watched a couple enter the store and place an order there. I waited there until I noticed people being served fairly quickly while standing at the place where I started. Eventually, someone took my order and, nearly 15 minutes after I arrived, I left with my "Love It" cup of vanilla bean with raspberries and almond.

We picked up a Oreo ice cream cake for a birthday. It was delicious and already made, no waiting and perfect for the occasion.

I enjoy the ice cream here at Fig Garden Village better the one In Riverpark and the newest location on El Paseo market. Always a good vibe great customer service, they always give a bit more portions than the other 2 Coldstone
