Cold Stone Creamery reviews
8Cold Stone Creamery in Costa Mesa was a last-minute sweet treat choice at the end of an evening of shopping. I forgot how decadent and refreshing their ice cream is along with so many of my favorite toppings and a special waffle dish or cone. You can't help but be happy when you receive your specially hand crafted cool dessert.
Overpriced ice cream that doesn't even compete with the flavor of Ben and Jerry's. The mix-in fruit wasn't fresh. Brownies tasted stale. None of it was even mixed in very well. Overall very disappointed. I'll take any of the wonderful gelato shops in OC over this awful chain.
First time coming here! I got a cup of vegan vanilla ice cream with some nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Twas really good!:)
I’ll definitely be back for it!
Come vegan lover in sweets
Cheers
I've heard tell of this "best icecream out there" for years. I finally tried it with my daughter and grandson. We all thought it was the WORST Icecream out there.all 3 flavors (vanilla, strawberry and raspberry sorbet) had strong after flavor of chemicals.
Entered the establishment and saw a rat tap dancing in the corner with a hat and wouldn’t let people leave unless tipped
Honestly, this is the worst expeirience I've ever had. I went to go get a milk shake and the employee made a small mistake, no problem, she was going to fix it and that isn't even the issue. The issue is that the owner or manager, someone who was in charge came out and started screaming at the employee, was super rude and made the employee cry. The person then made the milkshake for me and it honestly tasted a little weird, so I didn't finish it all. Next day you know, super sick barely able to move. Also, it's just super dirty in there.
It is important that you remind your employees that everyone can become, at any given time, your customers.
