Maribel and Felipe are truly amazing! Coming from previous prop.management experience, I can observe when dedication, responsiveness and quality of work are implemented. Thank you for all your effort towards the 4250 Coldwater community and for always having a positive attitude

Stay away from apartment 212. The walls are thin and the management does not respond to noise complaints.
