They say they will guide you, but they are very very rude when answering phone calls, it makes it hard to call back and talk to someone
The only positive thing I have say is Rick was very pleasant to talk to. The whole rental process is terrible. You work to get your credit score up and then these credit checks just kick your score in the gut. Really wish I could have rented with you Rick I’m tired of looking
