Karen was extremely helpful and kept in contact with me thru the whole process. Something I can't say for the other companies we encountered in the process of finding a home. We spent over $600 on applications fees, and she had listings lined up just in case we didn't get approved. My family is extremely grateful to her for helping us find our new home.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with someone who not only gave false intentions but in my opinion went more out of there way to not get us a place then anything and also had no problem splitting a family up instead of keeping them together. Since when do stay at home house wife not count and treated like it's a crime to be disabled but not receiving disability so stays home. They are not there to help you just take your money. Not to mention being turned down because of the size of my support animals. I fell like we have been discriminated and my rights have been violated.

I was so impressed with this company! As soon as i walked in all the front desk ladies were so kind and happy. They answered all my questions with so much knowledge of the area. They did not have what I needed at first, but called me the next day to let me know they were getting a house that fit my needs, and made the application process and moving in so easy. I have used this office twice now to buy homes in Yucca Valley, they are always professional & courteous! Shantel & Louis are great, very knowledgeable, & informative! I definitely recommend them!

This is the WORST most illegal agency I ever dealt with. Overcharged prices, illegal fees entering your property with no notice. Keep every receipt and document because they will call you to say you owe rent literally right after you’ve left the office from paying. You will not get any of your deposit back and you will owe more for unlawful upgrades to their rentals

I called Mark Simpson at Road Runner and asked about a piece of land that was for sale in yucca valley. He told me to do my due diligence on the property. So I did and I sent him a text message with an offer. He told me he would call the owner. I waited for him to call me back or text me and he never did. So about a week later I text him back asking him what the owner said? And dead silence, no response back. So I waited a few more days and text him again and still no response back. I don’t get why he never got back to me. It is a complete mystery to me. I guess maybe they don’t want your business at Road Runner Reality? Maybe they make so much money they don’t want anymore? Or maybe they are just lazy uppity agents that think they are too good to respond back to a potential new client? I don’t know, but it seems like bad business to me. I sure wouldn’t want an agent working for my company that ignores clients. And if I were an agent I sure wouldn’t treat any client like this. But that’s just me.

Good place to go for rentals. Even if there aren't listings on website they sometimes have a list inside physical realtor that can have additional properties

It was an awesome experience selling our home with Jeff Poland and everyone else that helped out at Coldwell Banker. Jeff was extremely responsive, helpful and on top of every step of the process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Would not recommend using this company for purchasing a home and definitely will not use them for any transactions or recommend them to anyone moving forward. If you like an agent whose answer is, "that's not my responsibility" or "we don't provide that information", then this is the company for you. Agent would not even provide basic information regarding the Yucca Valley sewer system which has planned installations. If you're a first time homebuyer, beware because they're more interested in pushing the cattle through than providing service to you. Hell, didn't even get a card from the company or agent after we closed on a home. You can do better.

Lazy, unresponsive & unprofessional. They do favors for friends over helping people find housing. They should be giving 100% into their job but all I got was the bare minimum.

Friendly and knowledge staff. They were very helpful and fast with escrow on their part. Ana and Jeff made the environment easy going yet professional and safe.

Will be going back and definitely recommend to family and friends.

Serena and Erika are amazing. They are responsive, hard working, and we got an offer at asking price within a day of listing. Couldn't be happier that we chose them.

I owe these people cookies! They showed me a lot of rentals (unfortunately I can’t buy due to starting my own business recently). They found me a great place, in my price range, and were kind and courteous with me. I was a bit demanding, (polite but pushy) and they worked hard to get me a great place. I would highly recommend using this business.

Late review. They helped me find a good place when I needed it on very short notice. They had flexible schedules and showed me multiple places. I needed to be moved in pretty quick and they were able to work around that and help me out. Been recommending them to others moving in the area.

Compared to other realtors in the area they were the most professional and were proactive.
