Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep reviews
18Express lane with no appointment needed. Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen - great for when you are waiting for service.
The service department wanted over $500 to drain my brake fluid and coolant.pull the plug, drain, and fill. These are simple and quick chores! I called my old mechanic and he wanted $200 to do the same thing. But this is not the first time Cole was over charging for maintenance. They said I needed a new battery and that all batteries had gone up drastically in price! They charged me $215 and I bought it! But when I looked elsewhere the batteries were around $100. I felt deceived.
When I bought my Mazda part of the contract was 5 years of free maintenance. Cole has done a nice job honoring their obligation. So my review is mixed, but Cole has lost me as a customer of their service department. I don't like being taken advantage of nor do I appreciate being told things that are not true. I should have waited on that battery and explored the costs myself.
I get my last free maintenance this week and then I will no longer have my car serviced there. Watch out.don't trust their charges. Explore costs for expensive repairs or equipment. Most likely you will find it cheaper elsewhere.
Oh, one important thing I left off.the people in the service department are very nice and quite helpful! It's just being nice isn't the reason I was there.being nice and charging me a fair price.now that would have earned them 5 stars.
Jody in the service department provides poor customer service. I understand my issue would have only been $500 in revenue but the Santa Maria Jeep dealership provided superior cs and didn't require me to prepay for 2 additional keys because they did not have them in stock! When AAA is dropping off the vehicle, you have 1 key in stock, it simply does not make sense to require the cust to prepay for a 2nd key that your parts dept is ordering nor does it make sense to state that you won't hold on to the key you have in stock. SM didn't have any keys in stock but will have them in the a.m. And will also have my money. With 3 Jeeps and multiple Dodge vehicles in the household I will not use a Cole dealership or company
They feel they have found my problem. We'll see, just need to driveit. I feel these people are very honest and know there stuff. Thanks Cole Chrysler
Went in for a look, I have an idea of what I am shopping for. The"No pressure" attitude was a giant win. Site is clean, staff is very knowledgeable.
Most of these positive reviews have to be fake these people were absolutely horrendous to deal with. I refuse to even allow them to service my vehicle even though I have three free services. I would rather pay another shop than deal with these guys again.
Vince was incredible during the Jeep purchase experience. He answered all my questions and even let me take the Jeep on two different test drives. Shout out to the whole team.
We finally bought our dream Jeep! We couldn’t be happier with the car buying process thanks to Vince… he made it as easy as possible and was patient and SO super friendly. I know the car market isn’t what it used to be but it felt like Vince tried to give us the best experience possible.
Picked a truck up for my roommate. I can say the folks were polite, the building was clean. I know my roommate was happy with the job
This is the most amazing auto dealership I have ever visited! You can actually watch the service techs on the sparkling clean service bays through glass windows.
The customer waiting area has TVs, complementary coffee and comfy chairs.
I live in AZ and was traveling though area. Check engine came on and my new Jeep started running rough. Had to tow it to Cole Jeep. They got me in quick and had back on road as soon as parts were sourced. They made feel like part of the Cole family. I highly recommend Cole Jeep.
Cory in parts and Tony our service writer were awesome while assisting us with our new 3 1/2" AEV Lift and rims for our 2018 JK. We purchased our JK from Coles and service has been spot on.
Can't say enough great things about my purchasing experience and the amazing staff at Cole Chrysler. They were willing to indulge my inquires and desire for a speedy transaction and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I suggest if your in the area (or even from outside, like myself) and in need of a new vehicle you should absolutely check them out
The service guys were great. I had to get a new fob.better sit down.only $400 + I was looking for the 5 carrot diamond. I've looked several times. Still can't find it.
Jodie and the service team are the real deal. My wife and have purchased a Jeep Wrangler rubicon from this dealership and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. My new Gladiator just had a small issue that was fixed promptly. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed doing any kind of business with Cole. Hands down the best dealership I have ever walked into!
The service took 2 hours, but I couldn't be happier.
It turns out that my brand-new Jeep Wrangler came due for its first service while I'm visiting here in San Luis Obispo from Arizona.
The folks at Cole are very responsive by phone and respectful and pleasant in person.
When Evan called me back yesterday, he explained that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the service department is overwhelmed and appointments are few and far between. I told him that I understand that they are like most every other service industry in the country right now and I wouldn't mind waiting because I really need my oil changed before driving back to Phoenix. He advised that I get in early to avoid an extremely lengthy delay.
I arrived early this morning and was 2nd in line prior to the service department opening. There were a few customers that showed up behind me who attempted to get service ahead of myself and the young lady in front of me. However, I was pleased to see the advisors explain the "first-come-first-served" concept!
Jodi McGreggor was very pleasant to work with and further explained the current workforce shortage but said they do everything possible to provide quality service in a timely manner.
I waited in the very comfortable customer lounge fully expecting to be there for a while considering I didn't have an appointment. But a couple of hours later Jodi came to inform me that I was good to go.
Although I live in Arizona and probably won't visit this dealership again, I thought it was important to put a positive review out there. Often times people are quick to report the negative, but reluctant to share the positive.
If my Jeep is ever in need of service while I'm in SLO again, I feel confident knowing that Cole is available.
Thanks guys!
One of the better dealers I have come across thus far. From start to finish on the buying process and after sale service. The waiting area is also nice and clean if you need something minor.
So far been pretty content with this dealer.
Only thing that keeps it from a full 5 star is the overly expensive dealer model of charging full price (or more) for parts and accessories when you can get them cheaper from Mopar's own Amazon shop.
Overpriced used cars. Do your research before coming here. You will find cheaper used cars elsewhere.
