Kevin with Cole’s Carpet & Cleaning responded promptly and communicated well regarding services, arrival, etc. His staff did a great job cleaning a house we’d just purchased. It needed deep cleaning, particularly since we’d just replaced all the flooring.

Just had my air vents cleaned out for the first time in over 10 years. I know it's gross. But they did such a great job without making any mess whatsoever. Now my house smells wonderful. I highly recommend these guys, I use them for everything.

I had purchased my own materials, but it ran out, they took the time and went out of there way to get more materials for me while I was at work. Everything is above and beyond on the quality of work. I will be going back again for more work. Great company and good people.

The first two times I used Coles cleaning, I had positive experiences. Unfortunately, the most is learned about a business when a problem arises. After paying $425.00 for reconnecting a few loose floorboards and a garbage disposal repair, the floorboards detached again the next day. Coles promised that if the boards did so, they would come back out to fix them again. When I contacted Coles to do so, I was unresponded to for months. Then, when Kevin did finally respond, he told me he couldn't send anyone. This went on for four months, at which time Kevin said this was actually my fault that everything was done correctly and that he never guaranteed the floorboards wouldn't move. When I told him that his guys promised to come back, he said he's not responsible for what they said. He proceeded to send me nasty emails and, to date, refuses to reimburse me so I can at least get the repair done correctly by another reputable company. If you're looking for a trustworthy business that won't take your money, refuse reimbursement, and instead blame you if there's any issues with their repairs, definitely look elsewhere.

We Love Kevin Cole's Cleaning Care because they always do a wonderful Job every time & give 100% plus more! Example- for me is down to the toilet paper being folded so Beautifully ready to pull roll when hanging, like a Hotel:) and continues to be fast and efficient throughout with fine detail
