Coles Fine Flooring, San Diego CA

Most of my flooring (wood and carpet) is from Coles. My newly carpeted bedrooms are a joy, thanks to the soft, elegant new carpet from Coles. The seams are invisible, and the installation process was flawless. My consultant, Gina, was wonderful to work with. She helped me choose something I didn't even know I wanted, and I couldn't be happier!

This was the 2nd time I used this company to re-carpet our house. Wrong carpeting showed up and salesperson was leaving on vacation. I was in tears as we were about to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. Lauren stepped in and did everything she could.which I appreciated and carpet was received and installed in the nick of time. Salesperson never really apologized for the anguish her ordering the wrong carpet put me through. Love the carpet though. So because of Lauren Cole’s actions and because I love the carpet. I’m still giving them 3 stars. Just won’t use that salesperson again.

I was able to get my quote and measurements quickly. I learned about the different types of carpet to install and which one would be the best long-term for my condo. The install was the following week. The pricing was competitive and better than Lowe’s and other neighboring shops.

I brought my rug at Coles about four years ago, I am very happy with it. My rug still looks new. My friends and others ask me if I just got my rug when I tell them when I brought it they can’t believe it. The sales people are helpful want you to be satisfied. I think their customer service is outstanding.

I have used Cole’s Fine Flooring since 1986 installing tile, laminate, and carpeting. I am so pleased with their professionalism from Sales person to installers. I highly recommend them.

We used Coles for two projects over the last few years. Both projects went great. Service at the store and during the project was fast and attentive. Great quality of work too. I would definitely recommend using them.

They have installed both carpet and luxury vinyl in several of my rental apartment units and are soon to install both in my mom’s home. Their prices are competitive and installers are the very best. Provided product I requested at a reasonable price. Miss cut carpet on first try but responded quickly and made correction. All contacts were polite and helpful.

Customer Service was excellent from both sales person (Noel) and installers.
The carpet I selected looked the same as the samples and I love it!

Coles lost my order, and when they found it, delivery of my hardwood to their store in San Diego was delayed multiple times. No problem taking payment though. They processed that perfectly.

I looked all over San Diego & up north for a carpet. We went to Cole’s, found a remnant, they did the edge finishing. Came on the He day it was due, it was waiting for us & we’re the happiest customers in SD. It looks great! Thank you Coles.

Due to a flood situation in my house that turned into an insurance nightmare, Katie came to the the rescue. From that point on, everything ran smoothly, and was completed on time. She was wonderful to work with.
