Tatiana is amazing! She really cares about her craft, her customers, and ensuring they're getting a great haircut and a look they're happy with. She's also very nice and pleasant to speak to. She's been very on top of protocol and ensuring safety during the pandemic as well. You usually have to book a couple days in advance (before the pandemic, it was actually weeks in advance), but the quality cuts are worth it and she's a kind and genuine person. Highly recommended

The past handful of years, I have not been able to return to a stylist from what seems to be a trend of poor listening skills, a weak desire to send clients away with what they requested and paid for, and only enough to training to rush and hack. Tatiana is the first stylist in years who listened to what I wanted- the biggest concern being that I wished to keep as much length as possible that I'd grown out from a bob that each preceding stylist had hacked shorter than the last. It was equally important that she achieve a symmetry that previous stylists care nothing for- now I can look at my reflection and not see uneven locks mocking me. I am so grateful to Tatiana, and for the first time in years I'm not embarrassed about my hair.
