Our home search started in September of 2021, and after a year of putting in offers on homes all over Orange County, we were still searching. In December of 2022, our good friends successfully purchased a home in a very competitive market (San Clemente) with a realtor, Colin Farris. Through the entire escrow process, Colin was there every step of the way, during inspections, communicating with the sellers agent, and even our lender to make sure the process went smoothly. Thanks to Colin's experience, expertise, and patience, we are now home owners! We couldn't have done it without Colin's perseverance and I know we can call him for advice any time, we are so thankful for his help.
