Davina ghosted me on email when i was trying to retrieve my $100 refund last year and now they’re temporarily closed? Too late for a bank dispute because davina and the incompetent accounting department stalled.this is THEFT

Updating my review. The management company refuses to post cleaning schedules, meet with tenants, hold community meetings to keep tenants informed and get some buy in. I am updating pictures. I pay over $2700 of rent, parking, and random fees. If I could affort to move to a 2 x 2 with laundry inside unit, I would leave. This place is not honoring tenants and keep breaking all agreements.

This property is dirty. It is managed inconsistently by a company out of Sacramento, the last community director is the best one but she can't do it without support. One improvement, they installed a better buzz entry system. But, they still refused to secured the back door, it is always keep ajar by a rock, it is creepy!

My AC/heater breaks often, we are now in for not working properly HVAC in our unit for 20 months now, the latest is a leak with the AC that means the draining pipe is plug. If they had a prefessional team, these issues will not be as prevalent and fix in a more appropriate time frames.

Do not rent here. I wish FPI Management Company needs to do the right thing, and complied with the legal responsibilities.
