This apartment complex is ridiculous. It is run by a bunch of college students who should not bear the burden of the awful management and owners. My apartment was falling apart on my move in date with the oven being broken, several outlets not working, lights not turning on, exposed drywall, missing doors, locks ripping my keys in half, and so much more. This place costs almost $2000 a month, not including utilities, wifi, or laundry. There are 2 laundry rooms that have 2 washers and 2 dryers, half of which are always broken, and when they are not broken, they break halfway through your cycle. There is no effort to maintain anything in this property, it is falling apart and filthy. Do not rent here if you want anything remotely worth the money you spend.

Super chill very welcoming environment. Super convenient and close to school. Very helpful and any questions they have respond super quickly.

Worst housing near SDSU. It's old and leaky. Also the maintenance department is super bad. No enough washer and dryer. Anyday you go for washclothes its a pain and you have yo fight for the opportunity to wash your clothes. Not worh the rent at all. You can easily find a better and better apartment with better amenities elsewhere in this price.

It is really a bad experience.
