Colony Village, San Diego CA

Very nice place, I liked living there and I would like to be there again, very quiet and very clean.

I would give this place gold stars! During my 3 years as a tenant here, I fell in love with the Colony Village Apartments. I truly enjoyed having my own assigned parking spot in a safe area, gated property, clean complex with spacious units that had updated appliances! They also have on site laundry facilities, the pool always looked top notch And they even added a gorgeous community garden with a gazebo in the back! I saved tons of time with all the different store options located directly across the street in the shopping center. Last but not least, the mgmt was easily accessible, very professional & they took great care of any requests/repairs! I also found that their deposit amount + rent rates were WAY more affordable than most Sun Diego spots that incluude private balconies/porches!
