Employees are super helpful and the selection of pieces is good! The physical location is a touch on the small side so it gets crowded fast. Especially on the weekends. Don't let that deter you though, I suggest going early on a weekday if you can. Because of the high volume of people, the brushes sometimes look a little tired, if that bugs you, I suggest bringing your own brush. They are timely with the kiln regardless.

A nice place fun a litte pricey want there for my Birthday with my Niece and her boyfriend the her was so sweet she said they will call me when they are ready about1 half weeks someone call I been there 2 time want over 5 minutes each had had a hard ft I had leave to go back to work 2 other people come in today find them right away If you go to Michael's it's a lot cheaper my friend pants all the time she amazing my ok hope one when I come in they can find if not wanty money back

We made the mistake of booking an outside evening party which was far too dark & difficult to see - they offered two tiny lanterns for both tables-they must’ve been short handed cause no help was provided after the first hour - brushes provided were haggard & difficult to use - definitely not worth the $$

Service was great: the people didn't rush us out at closing, they kept asking if we needed any more paint, and let us spread our party of four to two tables.
