Anthony did his best to be helpful, but I wasn't able to use the info he provided.meaning, I didn't know how to use the info.so I had to call the company (reached a very helpful person in Mindanao, Philippines who took my order. Website should give explicit instructions.

I made a mistake in my inkcartridge order and Arianne was fabulous in handling the redo of the order and getting me the refund I was due. I am old school and appreciate a company that still has customer service phone representatives. Arianne is one of the best. Keep up the good work.

Great communication with customer service, no run around just to the point with all my questions.

The ink colors are *gorgeous*. The color ink renders the colors better than Canon or the other remanufactured supplier I was using. In the image below, the Combo Ink print is on top; the one on bottom is my old cartridge.
However, the magenta went out rather quickly. The ink levels were still showing pretty full - there was something amiss in the way my printer recognised the magenta. Kenneth helped me troubleshoot, & I looked some stuff up online, and was able to fix it by cleaning several times as well ad deep cleaning (which used a lot of ink: -/). Kenneth also helped me figure out that this is somehow related to the chip, and offered to refund the cartridge. If the magenta goes out again, I will do so! And I will definitely buy/try another cartridge: the color is so beautiful.

Very helpful customer service. I was unable to get the system to recognize and find my order number, as I was trying to return something, so Christian from customer service chat not only found the order number he filed the RMA on my behalf without me even asking him to! Excellent service.

Have been ordering from this company now about a year and they are great about fast turn about. But this time it show that the ink was delievered to my house but I didn't get it
