Making Dreams come True! We are now home owners. I know that without the push and fight of Brian and all he did to make the process happen never would have. Our family has been through the ups and downs on finding a place to suit our needs and Brian with Comet was able to make our life dream come true. Brian is a Blessing from God, we can't say enough good things about him and the company. Thank you all so much.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm so disappointed with Keith from Comet Realty that I had to. To start off, we submitted our application and application fees on time for the house we were interested in renting. We took 3 days to talk with our guarantors about confirming our decision to lease the house after Keith had asked us to. We email Keith and tell him we want to sign the lease. This is when Keith stopped contacting us. He completely cut off any communication (phone and email). After various attempts of contacting him over the course of a week, he still didn't respond. He wasted our time that we could've spent looking for another place to live and fled with the money we spent on application fees. I understand he and those working at Comet Realty are likely busy people, but really? You can’t take a minute out of your day to update us on the status of the house?

However, this wasn't the only issue with Keith. Not only was he late to our showing, but was on his phone, taking calls throughout the duration of both showings we had with him. You would expect a property manager to be engaged with you at their showings (not on the phone 75% of the time) and trying to sell the property for all its cool features and what not. But no, It felt like we were showing ourselves the house.

Let me note: this isn’t a matter of whether or not we got the house we applied for, but out of communication, professionalism, and overall respect. I'm extremely disappointed and absolutely do not recommend Keith Silva or Comet Realty to anyone.

Very unhappy with Keith’s ability to handle our living situation. Abuses college students security deposits so that he can drive a fancy Porsche around. Property owners switch management to comet relay midway through our lease and the last management company was much more appreciated. There were multiple tenant groups on the property and he gave more patients and attention to a different tenant set because their lease ended at a later date.

Keith Silva managed my rental property. He failed to monitor for a dog in custom home which ruined carpeting and damaged floors. Failed to supervise tradespeople he brought and their work was shoddy. Failed to carefully screen tenants. Failed to get one property rented for months. Failed to provide any guidance to owner with one problem tenant. I contacted Hayley, co-owner of Comet, to discuss/mediate issues as required in the Property Management Agreement. She immediately contacted an attorney through her insurance company and now refuses any direct communication with me.

Hayley is absolutely the best! I locked myself out a couple times and she always got me back into the apartment quickly. My AC unit had a leak (which was not easily repairable) but she gladly had it serviced whenever it ran out of refrigerant. Last but not least, she was very understanding of the COVID moving situation; helping me afford my new apartment and writing a stellar recommendation letter! I highly recommend!
