Edaan and owner, Itay spent about two hours examining my current situation and couldn’t have been any lovelier. Both my brother and I were convinced that the two of them were extremely honest and no matter what, I would move forward with them. BIG MISTAKE.

I did my work, and I did my research. I got three separate bids. Comfort One was the highest bid by quite a bit, but yet the way I felt with Edaan and Itay made me believe that was the best decision.

It started out poorly. The employees installed a new vent in the wrong bathroom. They also created a new, additional vent in my bedroom, but cut a hole in the wrong place, and refused to repair the damaged drywall. Their exact words were, “we don’t do patching”. Then, to make matters worse, they cut a new return at the entry to my house, and left it covered only with a filter. That evening, I had a friend help me move something, and he fell through the return, which happened to be 5 feet down. He was banged up pretty badly. Now let’s move on to the condenser. Not only was it not placed on a concrete slab, but they shoved a rock and brick under the base to level it.

The next visit was from the owner Itay, who was not very pleasant. In fact the first words out of his mouth were, “your friend needs to get glasses“. Wow. There was no, “I’m sorry about your friend, someone should’ve covered that hole”… or, “is your friend ok? ” Just a very negative lashing after which he placed a cover on the return.

Both of these appointments were set for a timeframe of 8 to 10 AM. And both of which they arrived substantially late.

I then hired an electrician who looked over the work done by Comfort One. He confirmed all my thoughts and more.

After all this, the pair came again, and I felt extremely bullied. Eventually I made the final payment less expensive to fix the hole in my ceiling and the hole in the side of my house

Months later, three weeks ago, I decided I would try my heater out. Not only did it not work, it only shot out cold air. I made an appointment again, from 8 to 10 AM, and around 11 AM I got a call, saying they would have to cancel and reschedule for the following week. This time, I called around 9 AM to request a call when they were on their way. Again, they canceled and said they need to reschedule the following week. I’m done. Keep in mind, I’m only mentioning a few of the many faults and discrepancies.

I just beg all of you, to do your research.

This is my second time using this company, and as with my previous experience, I received quality, professional service. They were on time, friendly and efficient. They were careful around my floors and furniture. When there was a problem, the response was immediate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family
