Check in was slow only one front desk agent. Otherwise was great value and excellent location.

What an absolute dump. After the 3rd time trying to check in we finally got a room that at least had beds made. How ever bathroom was still disgusting top to bottom. At the point forced to or go without a refund.

I don't think the service could be any worse. Whole building is run down. Drugs being used outside. Not family friendly.

Don't stay here no hot water and Management doesn't have any answers on when or if they will get it fixed this is my 11th day taking cold showers also house keeping is a joke I have to call them on my cleaning day yo make sure they clean it and it still doesn't get done I will never stay here again

Two rooms were purchased. One room had poop stains on the wall in the bathroom, the toilet also would not stop running. In the so called suite the thermostat didn't work.

I been at this hotel since 8/6/2023 and The hot water stop working on 8/8/23 and today is 8/14/23 and here I’m here still no hot water it’s a good hotel but it’s the not having hot water for me I haven’t had hot water since 8/8/23 and I feel no one is doing anything about it today is 8/14/23 and still no hot water

There was no hot water to start and they never mentioned anything upon checking in that there hot water was out, that was very disappointing. We checked in on 08/10/23 to a clean room that was close to the freeway but since I was tired and sleepy I ignored the noise and went on to sleep. The vending machine needs service or something maybe even changed out because what I wanted from it it was out or the buttons just didn’t work very disappointing as well. This is definitely another hotel I will never come to.

This is our very first time at the Comfort inn at Antioch. I wasn't impressed. These are the reasons why. First my wife is handicapped and the elevator is out of service. Yes we had a bottom floor but the ice is on 2ns floor. Our room had a major water leak in the bathroom that ended up getting all of our belongings wet. A pipe broke and we had to be moved to a different room. House keeping that's another problem our room was filthy and lacking towels and toilet paper. We had to go to the office and get them ourselves. The yogurt machine they have Hasn't worked since they got it new. The recreation room closed for remodeling. Would I reccomend this hotel to someone else or consider staying in a comfort in again hell no. We are going to talk to the corporate office about our stay. Check the photo of the socks I'm posting. That's how dirty the floor was in our room. I'm not happy hopefully management will make this right.

It was a nice stay. Got there late, so there was a different kind of check-in, all through video and machine, so that was different. But overall, I checked in fine. Stay was fine, but I'm not sure about the half glass on the shower.

Don’t stay there on the weekend where is loud unsavory people hanging around it’s not worth $600 for three days

The worse hotel you can ever stay in. They took out over 1,000 dollars on my bank account for 3 nights! Then claimed I was charged “directly” They will literally scam you. You will need to call your bank to figure it out. Oh and btw, if you wanna pay cash they charge you a $250 deposit. Please don’t do it. If I can give 0 stars I would. They left me at $-121 with no money to even eat. They went as far as even taking the rest that they needed from my savings. Worse vacation of my life.

The manager Rita is a very rude person, the hotel is not bad but the lousy service should be evaluated here as management since they have zero empathy and customer service
